I was told that the conversion company was out of business and that the bumper covers couldn't be found anywhere. It was then that I was directed to call Dave Knapp Body Shop and I am SO glad I did! They took on the challenge of attempting to save the original bumper cover and to say that they did is a HUGE understatement. It even had a small piece of the plastic missing due to the accident, and looking at the repair job that they did to it, you would never know that anything had happened to it at all. Cons: Drove my car off the lot and made it to 66 by the water treatment center and had to take it back. The auto locks started unlocking and locking themselves, the lights off and on, rpms jumping like crazy, auto lock system on and off it was a nightmare. They had the mechanic look at it and nothing. They sent it to the Chevy dealership and nothing. Nothing was found. The issue was still there. So, I took my car to my personal mechanic and had to have the starter block system they put in rewired because there technician didn't wire it in correctly. Also had to have the auto lock system rewired because there "mechanic" ended up putting the starter block system in wrong and fried the auto lock system. No chance of reimbursement since it wasn't "there guy." In all honesty there guy's not touching my car again if I can help it. Ok so that was just the first month of having it. Alright the "manager" Nikki is one of the rudest people I have ever met in my life. She was aggressive and argumentative. She wouldn't listen and she would cut me off and start yelling. This was my first car. My first car dealership and honestly I'd rather walk than deal with them ever again. Oh and don't bother calling around or after 2:30 on Saturday to make your payment they shut the system down and won't take any payments. If you ask them why not they say we don't get paid for over time.. there card system takes 3 minutes to shut down..

I originally grew up in the area, and I will regularly drive my van the 2 hours from Cincinnati to have it serviced here every time. These guys are honest, don't do unnecessary "fixes" and will take care of you. Both me and my husband have had our cars worked on here, as he owns a Dodge and I own a Chrysler. We were getting his tuned up before heading to Florida a few years ago, and they found some big enough problems to cause us concerns, but knew we had a vacation planned and offered us a vehicle to drive down there if we wanted. Like who even mentions that without us throwing a fit?! These guys. They will help you fight warranty issues too if they exist. I've had some pretty crazy issues withy vehicle, one of which we still haven't found the issue for. They have never not called me to go over literally every option. And give me pricing on every single different type of issue that may come up. They've helped me bypass minor issues that aren't worth the cost of actually fixing in previous cars as well. Like a heater coil that's not needed in summer until I can get the funds. They're pretty good at calling you back and answering every stupid dumb girl question I can ask lol. All in all they're a pretty stellar group of guys who actually want to help.

I had a hole rusted through my exhaust that needed replaced. Before they did any work I was told it would be "around $90". I said lets do it. almost exactly 1 hour later the work was done and my car sounded good as new. When filling out the invoice they put $85, after tax my bill came out to $91.16. I am very very pleased with the service I received and will come back here for service in the future.
