UPDATE TO PRICE, terminology (more descriptive) AND PROGRESS BELOW 2/1/2013: Amazing. Simply amazing. Purpose: Overall body pains that have unknown origins. I'm not athletic, I have no major trauma. I'm basically an overworked Olympian in an average anti-physically-demanding-activities body. Service: EXCELLENT! They are amazingly polite and professional. Dr. Ringdahl is very thorough. He asks very specific questions to try and get to the root of the problem. He knows where to place these... frequency things... on you (I've had experience with these before at other places, but they were kind of ineffective... probably because they were not as knowledgeable about the equipment); here, however, Dr. Ringdahl knew where to place them and which frequencies to use. My neck felt amazing afterwards! He performed a spinal alignment on me which again, I thought wouldn't help that much but surprise! It did! The irritating dull pain I've had in my lower back has gotten a lot better. I drive 200 miles a day (not exaggerating, I fill up on gas 2-3 times a week), trust me, I can feel a difference. Priscilla is the massage therapist here. She seems so small but when she's working on your body, it's like.... she magically turbo charged up and has so much power! Not in a painful way, you can tell her moves are precise and she's extremely intuitive as to where your pains are (this is good and bad, I say good because it's for my body's own good, I say bad because I hate pain or discomfort and when she finds it I'm like NOOOOO and she's like AH-HA! FOUND IT! ATTACK!). Atmosphere: Bigger on the inside than you'd expect! Nice lobby area in the front that is nice and simple, not uncomfortable at all. You can sense a lot of the doctor's interests and personality just from the way he's decorated the office! The equipment is very new and clean. No weird smells or gross things. When you see the doctor, you are in a room with him and no other clients running around you. When you see Priscilla, you are also in a separate private room that has a little zen waterfall that runs with soothing music that plays while you are getting worked on, plus you have a heating pad on the table so it's almost sleep inducing. Price: Medium, not the cheapest but not one to break the bank! I had a consultation with Dr Ringdahl, plus the frequency thing, plus the spinal alignment, plus massage therapy with Priscilla for 30 mins and it came to like.. .90 bucks I think? I believe 1 hour sessions with just the massage therapist is 79 bucks. Wait: No wait! I called at noon to see if they could take me that day and I was able to land an appointment a few hours later. Parking: Lots! It's located in a decent sized plaza with ample parking. Personal thoughts: I saw an x-ray machine in the room! Not many chiropractors have them on hand! NICE! UPDATE Progress: I usually stop going to chiro/massage places once I feel decent; I see no point in continuing since I'm a busy person and they've never been that awesome. HOWEVER, I am happy to report that Dr. Ringdahl and Priscilla have seen me a whole THREE times since I first started going! I drank half a gallon of water last night after chiro, still woke up super sore around my shoulders, arms, glutes, and thighs. I feel a DEFINITE improvement in my circulation. Sitting or standing in places for an extended period of time is much more tolerable now and I don't feel a horrible discomfort (much) now!! They've become less and less frequent! :D I LOVE the new chiropractor and massage therapist tag team that I have found!!!! When Dr. Ringdahl re-aligns your joints and bones, you can actually feel tension released (if you have pinched nerve areas like me). Seriously one AMAZING chiropractor that does not need to try more than once to get a release. The only times he's had to try twice are when I haven't seen him in a long while. The massage isn't one of those typical temporary pain relievers; it's the REAL deal where she actually gets to the root of your problem and straightens out your muscles and joints to KEEP you FROM coming back in the future. Did you know the muscles between your ribs tend to be overlooked by regular massage places (yea, I say this because when Priscilla got to them, I was like.. WHAT THE HELL IS THAT FEELING?? AHHHHH NOOO! IT'S LIKE TABASCO FILLED BUBBLE WRAP THAT IS BEING POPPED! I didn't know either, until I felt it. It's a weird, very uncomfortable feeling if you have a lot of acid there (I do). But after my third session, it's gotten so much better! I'll try and get my back aligned again in a week or two just to keep everything in order, maybe I'll update on Dr. Ringdahl soon! read more

I went to this office the other day for a pinched nerve in my neck (somewhat chronic issue for me). I found Dr. Ringdahl personable and welcoming. I was satisfied with the treatment I received--cold laser and an adjustment. He also offered to do another adjustment free if this one didn't work in the same day, which I thought was very professional.
