I came across this place by a teaser ad on social media for $67, which includes shockwave laser therapy. When they asked me what parts hurt, I told them my shoulders and feet. They said for the $67 that I prepaid, I could only choose one foot, not both. What?! I spoke to both the chiropractor and the staff and they stated this was their policy. This new patient special is only for ONE body part, and feet are counted as two body parts. What was supposed to be a $67 new patient special ended up costing $300--since each body part is $100 for 3-4 mins of laser therapy. I'm surprised they didn't charge me separately for the left and right shoulder. Plus I felt no relief whatsoever. I walked in and walked out exactly the same. Never again. If we had known about Verve Chiropractic while my kiddo was in my tummy, we would have been sure to benefit from the services it offers. But I guess better late than never. All staff, from reception (Sarah and Brenda) to the doctors (Dr. Marlena & Dr. Danielle).....all are friendly, welcoming, flexible, and amazing. I was a little hesitant taking my kiddo in, but they made him feel so at ease and welcomed, that he looks forward to his sessions with his doctors and the benefits he gets from those visits. The office setup is clean and kid friendly. My kiddo has been slowly improving different areas that we had no idea he could with his weekly visits. From digestive issues, sleeping better, more regulated energy and attention. After an initial assessment, the doctors tailored his treatment with the number of visits to get him regulated and are very thorough in explaining. This review is way overdue, but such is life as a busy mama! My baby girl was born in July 2025, and during my pregnancy with her, I went to Verve in preparation for a VBAC. The whole experience of care with Verve was wonderful, and I truly feel that the quality chiro care I received with Verve helped prepare and align my body for my birthing time. I had a very smooth and all natural labor and delivery. Safe to say; baby girl and my pelvis were perfectly aligned for the big day. We started going to Verve February 2024 because our daughter (2 yr old) at the time was waking up multiple times throughout the night. This place cares and will take good care of you and your family. I have been going there for 8 months now and was skeptical at first because I didn't know much about chiropractors care in general and had a few bad experiences. It is quite a financial investment and can scare you away rapidly. However, I decided to give this a try and trusted the care plan that was offered to me. I did my 24 sessions and I am now in maintenance care. I feel so much better and so glad Dr. Danielle was taking care of me. This place is great! The office is cosy and the entire team is kind. This is the best chiropractic office I've ever been to! They have an amazing team of doctors who take time to listen to my needs and direct their care to help whatever is hurting. I had terrible sciatic pain during pregnancy when I started and after only a month of treatment, it was gone! I'm so thankful for their good care! I went from having to lie down several times a day and walking with extreme pain to being able to play with my kids again and be very active with little to no pain. Unfortunately my 9 year old daughter always left her appointments wanting more. The 70 dollar adjustment was two minutes at most. They do offer a package of longer term care, they're expensive but thought I'd try individual adjustments before committing but she would always express if felt nice but too short and she would have love for them to stretch her neck a little more since she was having tension and neck pain. I started bringing my daughter here about 5 weeks ago and have nothing but positive comments about our experience thus far. I really would like to give another star since they attempted to make things right but I cant due to the amount of pain I am in. After my review, the owner called me and offered me a personal session with his wife, the lead chiropractor (Dr Roach). He was very nice and apologetic on the phone and also offered me a free massage. After my long and detailed session with Dr Roach, I left feeling physically better and hopeful that my issue would be resolved. I wish I could have continued my care with her (but she was soon to be on maternity leave), she was very detailed and did the right mechanics on me. They offered me a couple weeks of sessions for free with Dr Chloe to see if that would help. I stayed consistent like they suggested. The sessions were 2-3 times a week, each lasting about 5-10 minutes. It did help a little bit but Dr Chloe did share that I may have to seek help elsewhere if I didn't start seeing improvement. After about three weeks there was some improvement but it wasn't permanent/long lasting. They also never re did the neurological body exams on me postpartum, you think they would since your weight distribution and such is very different being pregnant vs postpartum? No one personally followed up with me afterwards. I'm still left with bad hip/ lower back pain, can't sleep much, and my day to day life is severely affected. Also, driving all the way there just for a 5-10 minute adjustment doesn't really make sense logistically, I wish they spent more time with their patients. I've been seeing a pelvic floor therapist consistently to help as well, but not much improvement there. It's such a bummer but I'm sad to say I wish I never went here, I just want to start feeling better, my life has not been the same since I first went here! What can I say about dr Danielle that has not already been said? When we moved back to OC from Hawaii in 2022, I was searching for a new chiropractor to form a relationship with. I was working with a wonderful chiropractor on Oahu and didn't know if I was going to be able to find someone here in OC with the same level of chiropractic skills and bedside manners. But I found dr Danielle. And she's a wonderful human being. She worked with me for my first pregnancy where my lower back was killing me. When she placed tape on my lower back, I honestly was doubtful it would work. But it did. And she made it possible so that I could function on a day to day basis. She has supported me through my second pregnancy as well, and even postpartum where she now cares for my newborn baby. Dr Danielle's office feels cozy, like a home that I could literally live in. Her personality and office staff resembles the word hygge. It is a place where I feel like I could go let go, as I did recently because of nystagmus concerns about my newborn and the staff would figuratively and literally hold me as I release my worries and know that I won't be judged for doing so. I also know that I could trust Dr D to help with my newborn. I couldn't recommend Verve enough. I am writing this review as a one-time patient and practicing physical therapist. I visited Verve Chiropractic for an initial examination and adjustment and was very happy with the doctor who did my adjustment. However, I am very disappointed in this establishment's plan of care process for patients. I received a plan of care for 3x/week for 2 weeks which would then transition to 2x/week for 6 weeks, and lastly would transition into 1x/week for 6 weeks. As a practicing physical therapist for 7+ years with knowledge of spinal adjustments and spinal health, I have never heard of a recommendation for adjustments 3x/week for 2 weeks nor 2x/week for 6 weeks. My results of the Thermal Balance scan and EMG scan of my postural muscles were not severe enough to warrant this high frequency of treatment for chiropractic care. I expressed this to the chiropractor who was aware that I am a PT with knowledge of spinal health and adjustments, and she still pushed for her recommendations of 3x/week for 2 weeks and 2x/week for 6 weeks. The total cost came out to just under $2,000 for 24 total visits/adjustments. This is extreme since I am healthy and in my early 30s looking more for maintenance care and improving my posture. I spoke with a local chiropractor in OC and this chiropractor shared that he would not recommend 3x/week adjustments, and recommended 2x/week for patients who have severe back pain or chronic back pain based on evidence-based practice. I am really disappointed as a healthcare clinician myself that a healthcare company is trying to charge clients almost $2,000 for chiropractic care. Verve Chiropractic is a lovely facility and the staff is very nice, however, I cannot support a company that up-charges patients to this degree. I understand it is a private practice and their clinicians, rent, and bills need to be paid, however, this deterred me from returning to their practice. If you have endless money to spend, go for it! It's a cute building/office, however, if you're looking for genuine patient-based care and are not looking for a standard of practice based on THEIR recommendations, i.e. not patient-based (based on patient results), then I would look elsewhere. Just wanted to give an honest review as a patient as well as a clinician. I morally could not return to this facility just based on their standards of practice. read more

This office is lovely all-around. Dr. Danielle is just amazing. She sees me and my husband for a number of long term issues. She's by far the most thorough and thoughtful chiropractor I've seen (I've also seen the other Dr. Danielle on Fridays who is wonderful too!). Our family need some accommodations for health and neurotype differences and she immediately got it and met us where we're at beautifully. As a professional doula, I'm also always on the hunt for reliable and flexible providers for my pregnant and postpartum families as seeking support can be scary/new for moms, babies, and the whole family. This office is also host to a massage provider, a lactation consultant, mommy & me groups, and more which means it can be a helpful hub for busy families with multiple needs. I was referred to Dr. Danielle by a client who absolutely raved about care for her own postpartum body + her newborn's. We thankfully discovered Dr. Danielle's practice, Verve, when my baby was about 2 months old and I was of course 2 months postpartum. I only wish I had known about her and Verve when I was pregnant because I would have been going here every week throughout pregnancy to get adjusted and I'm sure I would have been much more comfortable and in less pain and discomfort, especially in my 3rd trimester.
