He is straightforward and to the point, clearly explaining what was happening with my wounds and outlining a solid treatment plan. He gave me clear instructions for my care at home, and I made sure to follow them closely. It truly felt like a team effort, and together we reached the finish line. Today was my final appointment. The in-person facility, the process, and the on-site staff were truly fantastic--especially the professional who administered the IV and the front desk staff. They were wonderful. However, the telehealth nurse consultation was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I had already completed all my basic information on the iPad, which should have made the identity check quick and simple--just like my friend's session, which took only a minute with basic questions about name, DOB, and allergies. Instead, the virtual nurse I spoke with acted as if she were a doctor, asked the exact same question over 5 times, and repeatedly pressed for details I clearly expressed hesitation to share. To make matters worse, when she noticed my uncomfortable response, she actually giggled and seemed to enjoy it. Her behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and frankly bizarre. It was so bad that I genuinely wondered if I was being intentionally mocked or racially discriminated against. I couldn't believe someone could act this way in a healthcare setting. Because of this specific telehealth nurse, I woke up this morning still feeling deeply upset. As long as there is a risk of being matched with her again, I will never return to this place, nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
