I've gone through a couple of injury phases while attending classes here, and the instructors have been fantastic. They regularly offer modifications without making anyone feel singled out, and they create an environment where you can truly work at your own level. Just as importantly, the community is incredibly welcoming and nonjudgmental. Everyone seems focused on their own practice while still contributing to a supportive atmosphere. That kind of inclusivity is what makes this studio special and why I keep coming back! Orange resident tip: yes, there's now paid parking around the studio, but the parking garage on Lemon St is still free! Also, if you live nearby, biking or scootering over is a great option. The universe knew exactly what it was doing sending me back to the starting line. I've lost my way again. I indeed forgot how to calm my mind and body. It was a humbling way for the universe to tell me I am not meditating nor relaxing correctly. That's where Jessika comes in. She is the absolute best and is truly amazing at holding a safe space for you to achieve complete and total relaxation. She offers virtual appointments and thankfully she had availability within a few days. My experience during a session is walking in with a million thoughts racing through my head while my body can't sit down and walking out relaxed, peaceful, and focused. What a difference. I must admit how naive I was to think that reiki should not be a consistent part of my healing journey. Talking with Jessika, she made an interesting point that while reiki can help after one session its benefits can go beyond by being more consistent. I do agree because if one session can bring peace to my life imagine what monthly sessions could do for my health and healing. My goal is to be more consistent in reiki healings this year so that I can be the best version of myself. I can't wait to book my next session and continue to work on healing. The space feels so warm and welcoming the moment you walk in, and I love that the yoga classes are heated, it just adds to the whole experience. The staff was very friendly when I checked in, which always makes a difference, especially when it's your first time somewhere. A quick heads up: The studio is a little hard to find at first. It's located inside a business complex in a suite (not a standalone storefront). I parked in the lot across from Mud Hen Clay & Art Studio and found the stairs there that lead up to the studio. I'd recommend arriving a bit early so you have time to find parking and get settled. Also, the restroom is a shared community bathroom with the other suites in the complex, so just keep that in mind. I took a Hatha/Vinyasa class with Kimberly on a Saturday morning and it was great. The flow felt balanced and grounding. This was my first time here and my first impression was such a good one. I'd love to come back.

Blocks, straps and pillows were provided. Cons: The studio is hard to find. My gps took me around the block a couple times. I was looking for a building. It's definitely a suite in a building with lots of other businesses. It's on the second floor, in the corner. It's an older looking building with a lot of corporate looking businesses. There's parking in the back. Hard to find, but once you know- you know. 10/10 yoga class!

One of my favorite parts of the session was learning about the beautiful German planetary gongs and experiencing the unique sound and energy of each one. The lesson felt both educational and immersive, giving me a new appreciation for the art and science of Sound Healing. I brought my own sinking bowls, which I had never played. Kyle showed me how to identify their notes, play them effectively on their own and together, and understand how different sounds can complement one another. He also introduced me to various gong, mallets and techniques, explaining how posture, placement, and striking methods affect the sound. I do not recommend Fe for fertility healing/ treatments. I…read morewas in a state of heightened hormones on a lot of different treatments that messed with my hormones. I was a crying mess for a couple months. I went to Fe as a recommendation from a psychic. Hoping to get my energy cleared / soothed/ balanced. Removing and psychic blocks etc. Her fee was $125, on the phone she said she would only charge me $100. At the time of the appointment she asked for $125. She had an apprentice that I didn't know about until 2 mins before she arrived. The apprentice was nice, though I often say no to having them in room with emotional personal dealings, I didn't really have a choice though. Upon laying down Fe had an interesting tactic in her questioning me, which I found judgemental. Fe asked: "Why do you want to have a baby" Which I find totally awful since I believe no one has a good reason to have a baby. I want a baby because I love my husband and having a womanly instinct to want/ have one, isn't that enough? Not for Fe. She asked what I did for a living, and when I said I work in Fashion, she said " so you care about what people think of you. Have you had plastic surgery?" (Why does plastic surgery matter? Judgemental much?) She went on to tell me-- "are you sure you want a baby? You know.. your husband could leave you, you know the baby could have disabilities. You said you don't even own a house, you know how much money kids are? And you only rent?!" So I guess I don't deserve a kid because I don't own a house and I had a nose job. I was SO appalled by this "healing" , she put all her own life Trauma of her husband leaving her and losing babies on me. It was awful and I didn't know what to do so I just paid her higher fee, said thanks and left.
