I had my first colonic here after doing a lot of research. Both Kitty and her assistant Megan did the best job in making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Kitty drew a diagram explaining what happens during this process, which I liked because I am a visual learner, and once going into it, I felt educated and had an idea as to what was going on. I usually try drinking a half gallon a day, but it turns out I was very dehydrated.. my body ended up taking in about 7 gallons of water. The best advice I can give anyone reading this, is if you're considering getting a colonic, just do it. I was really looking forward to my first appointment but was treated poorly in the beginning when I texted Tatiana to reschedule. I tried to explain that I was scheduled for the week of Thanksgiving and wouldn't be able to make it until the following week. She kept demanding a deposit when I tried to explain I only took cash she kept throwing out there that they accepted venmo & other forms of payment making it seem as if all she cared about was the $$$. I explained tbat I only carried cash with me & she said since ai was rescheduling I would have to pay I in full $125 in advance and it is non refundable if they cancel or is a no show. We only take Venmo or card. This was alarming to me and made me question their integrity and whether they care for their clients at all or just the $$$. Its a shame they treat potential clients this way as well very unprofessional. (I didn't refuse to pay the deposit I said I would pay cash) Then they threatened to charge me full price in advance before my apt & tell me it was non refundable that is pretty excessive and discrimnant. I went there last week on a Sunday. Dory (Doris) was my therapist. She was so great! She is a nurse so she was very gentle and caring. She performed reflexolo while I was getting the session and it definitely helped a lot.
