I was day 7 when I did my first experience. I did it again on day 9. Brian is very nice and welcoming. He was flexible with my appointments. Evening appointments worked well for me. He says to try to wear 100 % cotton which is really hard nowadays. So be prepared to search your closet for cotton! No makeup, no hair products allowed. Would be best to take a shower and then head over so you are nice and clean from any products. My healing is doing well, swelling has gone down. I don't know if it's from the chamber or just days of recovery. I will probably go one more time for this healing. After I might do it once a month, seems like there is a lot of benefits other than post op.

I also did see and feel a difference after doing the HBOT sessions, but not sure if this is something I can continue to add to my regimen due to how expensive it is. You're definitely paying for what you get but this is a luxury service that not everyone can afford. I was recommend by my doc and he is even considering trying out the place since he knows it definitely works! The staff is incredibly attentive, sweet, and really listens to your concerns. So immediately I text the number 510 that's been texting me (after hours)that I need to cancel my appointment due to conflict with another. The response was. Cancellations need to be done within 24 hours. A fee will be charged if cancelled less than. Do you wish to continue. Honestly this may be a policy that I was unaware of and have never had an issue rescheduling or canceling appointments in the past. 25+ visits and was on the verge of purchasing a membership for cryo. But because of this type of customer service response it makes me second guess my decision.

She's very thorough and will go above and beyond to make sure your care are as needed. Her panel is closed and I've had to wait even one or two years in order to be accepted to her practice. She no longer has her own office and she is retiring in September 2023. She will be missed, but I felt like she should get the recognition she deserves.
