Massage Experience: My female masseuse was skilled, especially with deep tissue work on my shoulders and back. One surprise was the use of hot stones during the back massage--relaxing and helped open up tension. However, I came mainly for foot and shoulder relief, so I would've preferred a hot towel wrap or warm soak for my feet (which other places typically include). As the massage went on, I noticed the room temperature felt colder, especially after the hot stones opened up my pores. My feet were left uncovered, so I tucked them under the towel myself. I eventually asked for another towel because I felt chilly. Room & Ambiance: The private room was dim and quiet--very calming. The restroom was clean, which I appreciated. That said, the interior of the private room doesn't quite match the look or feel of the front lobby--it's a bit inconsistent and could use a more cohesive design if they want to elevate the full experience.
