I came in recovering from OATS knee surgery, which isn't a common procedure, but the team had seen it before. They knew how to help me and customized every session to my specific needs. I worked with two therapists, Michael and Andrei, and both were equally outstanding. I owe a significant part of my recovery to them. Ruben Salinas was great too, checking in on my progress along the way. They didn't just understand what I needed clinically, they were human and personable throughout. I genuinely looked forward to going in. Surgery and PT are tough. They made a difficult process manageable, encouraged me, and coached me through every step. Technically, they're sharp. They know their stuff, they listen, and they show up prepared every session. You don't feel like you're being shuffled through a process, which is what most PT environments feel like. So, I needed to reschedule my session and sent a text to the number that helped me reschedule a previous appointment and wished me a happy Easter. I also called the day of and left a message asking to come earlier or the following day. I subsequently received a text 2 hours after my appointment saying, since I no-showed all future appointments are cancelled. I was also told that text messages are automated. See below for said texts. When I explained the texts were sincere, I was put on hold for 4 minutes. I have 16 future appointments. Sadly this company will lose out on the thousands of dollars over poor customer service. You are not the only joint in town. You can do better

Both Tamara and Jess were very personable and made my husband and I feel comfortable while he was there for OT. They gave my husband little goals and had a fun and competitive demeanor which was great for motivating my husband. This location is bigger than another location I've been to and this one is very clean and orderly! The artwork was super appealing to us too since some of it featured track and field athletes. When we discovered we could see a CHT closer to our house we did make the decision to transfer to a different CA Rehab location, but my husband was sad to leave Tamara and Jess -- that being said they did an amazing job filling in his current CHT and our new therapist didn't skip a beat and picked up exactly where they left off. I could barely raise my right arm. I started PT at another place my insurance sent me to in Anaheim. Went there for like 4 months and saw zero improvement. I asked my insurance for a referral to another place and one closer to home and ended up here. Not sure why they sent me to Anaheim in the first place when I live in Orange, but that's a fight for another day. Started here in May 2024. I instantly knew this place was different/better. The way they spoke to me, asked me questions, measured my range of movement, the treatment(s) and basically EVERYTHING was just SO much better! It's been 6 months and I couldn't have even hoped for the progress I have made! I'd say I 90% back to normal. Daniel was amazing! He always checked in on how my week was and made sure to adjust my treatments/exercise based on my needs/progress.
