I came in recovering from OATS knee surgery, which isn't a common procedure, but the team had seen it before. They knew how to help me and customized every session to my specific needs. I worked with two therapists, Michael and Andrei, and both were equally outstanding. I owe a significant part of my recovery to them. Ruben Salinas was great too, checking in on my progress along the way. They didn't just understand what I needed clinically, they were human and personable throughout. I genuinely looked forward to going in. Surgery and PT are tough. They made a difficult process manageable, encouraged me, and coached me through every step. Technically, they're sharp. They know their stuff, they listen, and they show up prepared every session. You don't feel like you're being shuffled through a process, which is what most PT environments feel like. If you're thinking about coming here, don't hesitate. Quality people, real professionals, top-notch. Now that I'm recovered, I honestly miss the regular interactions with the staff. See below for said texts. When I explained the texts were sincere, I was put on hold for 4 minutes. I have 16 future appointments. I discovered OC Rehab thru Referral from Dr. Maruko, orthodontics. Went to see if Jaw mos alignment…read moreand TMJ type symptoms could be corrected. Lloyd first worked on my upper body structure and posture.. and I made remarkable improvement. In 3-4 months my jaw has moved into a more straight/corrective placement, surprising me! It has made enough correction in the right direction that Dr. Maruko is ready in 4 weeks to fit me for Invisalign braces.. . In addition, Lloyd has given me very simple exercises to do throughout the day. What is most outstanding is that 15 years ago .. I was considering major reconstructive jaw surgery to correct my bite with 3.5 years of orthodontics also. ‍ I'm so glad to find Lloyd, and alternative treatment. He is incredibly knowledgeable, hires great interns, and everybody is laughing and in a general good mood in this busy office. I began going because of pain in my back and neck. The care Dr Chuck took at innovative wellness solution was incredible. I felt so individually cared for by the whole team. Then I had total knee replacement and because there were other people in the office getting worked on at the same time, they were able to tell me about the different surgeons and recommend many. From the many surgeons they gave me. I chose one that fit my personality. I learned it is very important to feel good with your surgeon. I am now six months postop and still going to Dr. Chuck because I love it there so much. This morning my daughter said it's my gym! It's fun.
