I had to get physical therapy for a mild meniscus tear. My son had physical therapy at Coastherapy for a broken arm last year so I tried it out for myself. I did six weeks there. My knee feels good following the process. I had to move days around due to work so I was able to work with many people from their team. Everyone there is incredibly professional, respectful, and patient. I worked with Oscar the most, and he was great. Hopefully, I don't need physical therapy again in the future, but if I do I will be coming back. Great experience! read more

I've been going to this physical therapist for about two weeks after getting a referral from my orthopedic doctor because of a compression fracture. If a had a complaint it was parking could be a problem because it's in a medical building with limited parking. But the office was clean with lots of PT equipment and massage tables. My therapist, Oscar was exceptional and he works with at your pace. I never felt rushed or forced to do exercises beyond my capabilities. He posted exercises online so you could work on them at home. The last two sessions there was a 10 minute massage to loosen to relax and loosen my back muscles. I would rate my office experience as first rate. They're there constantly to make sure you're doing the exercises properly. I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism and their desire to help you improve. read more

My Wife's doctor/surgeon recommended Physical therapy following prolapse pelvic floor surgery to improve recovery, reduce symptoms, and enhance her quality of life. Over a month ago, she was fortunate to have found Dr Alisha Joshi, PT, DPT, at Coast Therapy in Anaheim Hills, CA. She has helped her in many ways to recover from this surgery. She said that choosing Coast Therapy and Dr Joshi for her recovery was one of her best decisions. Dr Joshi taught her exercises tailored to her needs, including Kegels and other targeted muscle training. Each week's training and therapy has increased her endurance with little or no pain. She has learned to avoid strain on her pelvic floor during daily activities, such as lifting and posture, and appropriate activity levels. She said she would not have progressed as fast without her time with Dr. Joshi. Now, she can live an everyday life doing most of the things she enjoyed before her surgery. Also, she wishes to point out how pleasant it is to visit Dr. Joshi at Coast Therapy. The facility is spotless, with excellent equipment and staff, and everyone there is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Being very active throughout my life, I've had my share of sports injuries and repairs. The staff at CoasTherapy in Anaheim Hills is one of the best P/T facilities I've used. The staff his very attentive to my workout schedule and always challenges me to keep progressing in my workout plan. I have been to them for hip replacement rehab, rotator cuff rehab, spinal compression fracture rehab and hip replacement rehab. Coast Therapy is new to Anaheim Hills. It is under new ownership and could not be better. Previous owners tended to relegate patients to students in training, however, Coast Therapy is hands on with the physical therapist and their aides. It is convenient to Anaheim Hills residents and glad I do not have to trek out of the area for weekly visits. Dr. Thomas Land is my physical therapist along with his assistant Diana. So glad I went down and talked to them before I started physical therapy elsewhere. It definitely was the right decision. read more

I can't say enough good things about Coast Therapy and the staff. I've been coming here (Anaheim Hills location) for almost 2yrs now. Had a torn ACL and fractured knee. Renee is my primary therapist and I have had the fortunate opportunity to work with most of the staff here. Everyone from front desk to the aids are all amazingly wonderful. Everyone is always so helpful in anything I need. I also want to thank Josh who I worked with in my recovery. Josh and I worked on exercise programs to get my strength back. I still come here currently for manual work from time to time when I need it. If it wasn't for Coast Therapy, I honestly probably wouldn't be where I am today. I have learned a lot from them and not only that, I have gained not just staff helping me recover but friends/family. I remembered another therapy place I went to years ago but after that, I can't even tell you any names I remembered. I will forever remember Coast and how they helped me not only physically but emotionally and mentally. At 5 weeks the rehab for my replaced knee was disappointing at best . After just 3 sessions I was walking without a limp and and had a bounce in my step again .
