I feel so much taller after leaving here. If you are looking for a chiropractor look no further this is the place. I have been going here for years and believe me I have tried other places that don't compare to the level of service or care you will receive here. If you need to make an appointment it would best to reach out via Facebook messenger. They do have a phone number to call and an answering machine but the messages got through FB faster. Some recent updates they did recently try to have a drive-thru installed which would have been perfect but it didn't end up working out oh well... Going to receive treatment from Dr.Ringdahl was truly a blessing. I had been suffering from an acute back pain for over two months. I went to a different chiropractor and physical therapist who both labeled my back pain as a broad injury requesting that I take multiple visits with them to solve the problem. I think this guy is some kinda magician. He does things to you that make discomfort go away. On a serious note, he seems to know and understand all my symptoms even though they were caused by a car accident 18 years ago. A discomfort in my neck has been causing my arms to go numb. I googled it and found that it could be caused by some discs in my neck misaligned and pinching my nerves which is what I was told could happen if I don't complete my treatment 18 years ago. So it all made sense. Dr. Ringdahl checked me out. Pinpointed my discomfort and recommended a bi-weekly treatment at the office and some items I could buy on Amazon that would help me at home. Since my visit my discomfort has been bearable and I've been relieved to hear him tell me it wasn't as bad as I thought and could be corrected without surgery. What a relief! This guy works miracles. I've been going to him for about two years now. The first time I stepped in that office, I had a 9-10 sharp back pain. It was very hard for me to move without holding onto the wall. After the first session, it immediately dropped to a 6 and I was able to walk straight without support. A few more and I was well on my way. Now every so often when I do crazy things and my back acts up again, I go in and all is well. There was this one time where my back was hurting and it progressively got worse so I went in. After the adjustment I didn't feel better at all and I gave him this skeptical look. He tells me that there was good movement and I should be fine. Hours later, still nothing. I thought man...I guess he can't fix it every time. Next day, it's results city. Just writing another review because I could not recommend this place enough to my friends and family. I've been a client since last year and came back again to get my alignment. Dr. Ringdahl has greatly helped because I had such bad upper back pain from poor posture and from wearing heavy backpacks for years. It took me awhile to finally see a chiropractor, and I'm glad I did. I felt relief in my back once he aligned me. I also highly recommend Connie the massage therapist it was $80 an hour but really worth it. She found knots in many areas I didn't know I had. After meeting with her I felt a significant difference in my back. I was also able to get an alignment right after from Dr. Ringdahl which is nice. Combined with the massage & and alignment I felt my posture significantly improve, and the doctor even gave me a list of exercises to help. Parking is good here which I appreciate because I hate going to places where parking is difficult. Scheduling an appointment is super easy. I've been having lingering lower back pain for a while now. It was so bad that I would have a hard time standing up straight at times. Visited Dr. Ringdahl after looking on yelp for a chiropractor. I've been to *a lot* of chiropractors and a handful of massage therapists over the years and I'm so glad to have found Ringdahl and his team since I moved to Orange County. I have a physical job, literally no time in my packed schedule and a laundry list of upper cervical spine issues that I've been dealing with since I was a kid. Not to sound like an Advil commercial, but I really can't afford to have pain slow me down. Since I started seeing Dr. Ringdahl and Priscilla, the massage therapist on his staff, I can honestly say that their tag team approach has helped me so much, it borders on amazing. They're not only friendly and flexible, but they also use the latest technology to really get the most out of an adjustment. My first time in, they used a cold laser and electrodes to get my muscles to relax before the adjustment and I could really feel the difference it made. I walked into their office in agony and I walked out able to finish my day and not wreck my car because of being too stiff to check my blind spot while driving:) I've benefited so much from the handful of times I've been in to see them that I bought a package of massages to share with my staff too so they can also keep themselves in tip-top condition. I injured my foot REALLY bad while training for a marathon but I still ran it. I hurt my other foot by overcompensating and it was very painful for about 2 months. So, I came to Dr. Ringdahl and he treated my foot with much intensity, but after 2 days, my pain (which I felt when putting on a shoe that covered the top part of my foot- so any other shoe besides flip flops and ballet flats) was COMPLETELY GONE!!!! I can't recommend this place enough. I had no previous experience with a Chiropractor since I have never had muscle or joint problems before, so I was naturally apprehensive about seeing someone for the first time. Last week I threw a disc in my back and was down for the count... I called Doctor Ringdahl the next day and he fit me in unscheduled within the same hour that I called. He immediately identified the problem with my back and gave me Ultra-sound therapy, muscle stimulation, a very painful (and necessary) adjustment, free Bio-freeze packets to reduce the pain, and a number of self-treatments to do at home. I went back two more times and now I am as good as new. He was super-friendly and accommodating even though the place was flooded with other clients. Despite the other business I never felt that I was being given anything less than first-class attention and treatment. I still can't believe how much better I feel since coming here! I was literally stooping around with my back hunched over last week and now I am almost 100% healed. Next week I can go back to work! So friendly and so worth it! read more

Dr. Dave is a miracle worker - hands down. I came across Dr. Dave via facebook friends and my facebook friends did not let me down. Dr. Dave works wonders.
