Wow. The service was amazing! Got adjusted by Joey as my first ever adjustment. I honestly didn't know what to expect but everyone in the office made my visit extremely welcoming! Dr. Pacelli was conversational throughout the entire session and he made an effort to get to know me as an individual. I never felt rushed in any part of the process and he took the time to explain what was happening, what he was doing, and even put it into pharmacy terms to make it easier for me to understand (because I'm a pharmacist). It seems like an amazing work environment because all the patients that were coming in seemed of have come to this clinic for years. At the end of my session, Dr. P brought up my jaw, which I briefly mentioned during our conversation at the beginning of the session, and he wanted to help me with that on my next session. It was great that he remembered me mentioning such a small detail of something else that was bothering me. 3 hours after my session, I got a phone call from Karen to follow up with how I'm feeling after the session and got some advice to stay hydrated and ice any areas that are sore. i had a referall to see a physical therapist and the podiatrist told me to find someone who will massage out the nodules on the bottom of my feet at the physical therapy. i called here before i went in explaining i have an ultrasound showing severe plantar faciatis and nodules and podiatrist recommendation and asked if they would do it...they said yes and they would be careful about which nodules to massage out and which not to. when i went in they say they never massage out feet and they don't have magic fingers to magically massage out nodules. i explained i was told on the phone this and they just said no and gave me some stretches and told me to ice it and said I was a one and done although im approved for 12 pt visits. they also have thier checkin is a single computer at the front desk requiring you to stand for a long time and fill out all of your paperwork there. i feel very angry at the waste of time and lack of regard for my extreme pain and no help as promised. I called back and told them the name of the guy on the phone that told me that they would massage out and all they said was sorry no. read more

First I want to say that the front desk girl in the mornings is awesome. She's always so bubbly and it puts you in a good mood. Now I've been coming here for my adjustments and injuries. I met with Dr Joe Pacelli. He is great! He's very attentive. I recently had a back injury from heavy weightlifting. It got to the point where I couldn't walk properly and my upper body was completely titled. I had a lot of trouble getting up and was in a lot of pain. Normal day to day tasks were unbearable. I started to go to Dr Pacelli about 2-3 a week for about 3 weeks and he has helped me so much. He adjusted me accordingly and suggested different types of things to help speed up my recovery. I can now weight lift again and workout intensely. I definitely recommend meeting with Dr Pacelli if you're experiencing back problems! read more

After coming to see Dr. Pacelli for a few months now, I have to say, he's the best chiropractor I've had. Not only does he crack my stiff neck like nothing, but he also massaged out and fixed my tennis elbow that was reoccurring for a year+. Since I've started seeing Dr. Pacelli, I've increased the frequency of my exercise, and along with getting older, I just have constant aches, pains, and soreness in my muscles. Every time I've seen Dr. Pacelli, I have one ailment or another, such as a pain in my knee or calf. First of all getting a hold of a competent person is a problem, second of all their hours are very limited and third of all I had made 3 previous appointments with the office and all three times the receptionist Angie told me, "Excuse me? Who? No we don't have an appointment for you at all?"... All this after I already requested time off from work so that I can redeem their worthless voucher. I'll start from the beginning. I purchased a weight loss special on Groupon tried to make an appointment. The hours and days you can come are limited. I finally made an apt for 2PM. Arrive a little early to fill out paperwork. Then SAT for a VERY long time! Then a gentlemen came out and offered me water which was very nice of him. I got called back at 2:50. I sat there for 50 minutesAfter talking with the MA for a while she explained to me that they have several different options from Natural to pharmaceutical. She then sent me to the PA to find out which alternative would best fit me. She basically told me she can't help me! That I were to have to go to a Dr to get labs done. Never once offered me any kind of natural remedies or talked about nutrition and planning. Big HUGE waste of time! I do not recommend this place to anybody. Big Joke! read more

I took the first available spot on a random Thurs. afternoon. Service: -The receptionist was extremely helpful. When I mentioned that their coffee machine didn't have a flavor I wanted, she overheard and promptly went to the back to check (who does that at a Chiro?) AWESOME! Massage: -The lady (from Hawaii, I forgot her name) was really thorough and asked me where my pain points were before starting. I must say she was really really good, esp. at manipulating and stretching my neck muscles and shoulder work. The massage was nice and firm, not too light, with lots of stretching. I didn't feel at any point that she was going to hurt me with pressure. Doctor: -Very professional, sat down with me to discuss my back issues. He was considerate when I told him that I had a Chiro I went to already. The doctor was a true doctor: he wanted to help PREVENT injuries and showed me some really easy stretches which makes a difference in my everyday movements. I wish I knew they were there when I lived a few streets down years ago! I purchased a Living Social Deal with this place and made a appointment. I needed to reschedule the day of my appointment and called. The lady gave me another date 4 days later. When I arrived to my appointment, I was told I wouldn't be seen. I couldn't reschedule my appointment on the same day and reschedule according to the deal, which is fine and I would of understood, but was not told this. Instead the receptionist booked me another appointment and had me drive 1 hour to there location to be turned away. Me as a fellow business owner would of found someway to accomedate the customer. Not wanting to loss a customer, I would of maybe squeezed her in or something. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this business to get turned away once again. read more

Kailani is so talented, she could be working as Bill Gates or Oprah's personal masseuse. But luckily, she works here. From the second her fingers touched my sore neck, I knew she was the best. They don't give massages this well at Glen Ivy or Burke Williams. She's a life saver. The best neck and shoulder massage I have ever had. I've never seen Dr. Pacelli, but he saves my husband from bouts of sciatic pain through intense adjustments. My husband would call him a life saver as well. read more

I adore the entire staff here. I originally came here for chiropractic care, but when I had issues with my hip a few years ago, I made an appointment with the physical therapist, John. He worked with me for several weeks and when I wasn't seeing any results, he asked me if my current doctor had done an MRI with contrast. When I told him no, he sent me back to the doctor to asked for one because he thought I had a tear and not just bursitis. He was right! Had my doctor done the MRI with contrast from the beginning, I would have had relief a lot sooner than I did. I ended up needing surgery, and John and his team helped me heal. I can't believe it took me so long to come here. I've been to many chiropractors through the years and none really helped. I'm in my 33 week of pregnancy and I've been having horrible lower back and pelvic pain due to my ever-growing bump. Dr. Joe Pacelli has undoubtedly helped me relieve my pain, helped me walk and bend better, and helped me enjoy my pregnancy more. It was a great massage - although something to keep in mind is that this is a chiropractic office and not a spa, so it was strictly back, rather than full-body. It was still an amazing massage, though! I wasn't sure how to tip, since again, it's a chiropractic office and not a spa, but I ended up just awkwardly giving the chiropractor a couple bucks on my way out.
