I have been experiencing lower back, mid-back, and neck pain for quite some time now, almost a year. After spending forever on the phone with my insurance company, they suggested Poole chiropractic, I looked them up on yelp and was thrilled to see such great reviews! I first found Poole Chiropractic over a year ago when a chronic hip / lumbar area was giving me so much difficulty that I had to find a better than a quickie adjustment and you're outtah here chiropractic office. Naturally, I searched on Yelp first not only to read the number of stars garnered but also the stories of the kind of care given. I can't stand the chiros who just a little stretching and send you on your way. That's fine if you're new to chiropractic care in your late 80s, but for the rest of us, chiropractic is supposed to MOVE BONES. I like a strong adjustment. My hip and back are much improved under Dr Adam's care. He takes an extensive initial intake consultation and the pain relief from it was amazing. He does a very firm strong adjustment and does have drop table available as well as lazor therapy for those who select that. 3 generations of chiropractic skill and acumen throughout the practice. He's even said while treating my back, "this is something they don't cover in school that my father taught me." How great is that? At my square dancing class recently, I was sitting and chatting with a friend, and we got onto the topic if chiros. I chirped up that *I* had the best chiro in Orange. She thought hers was, too. If I could I would give Dr. Poole 10 stars. I've been coming here since 2017, because I deal with chronic pain and tension. I have been to other chiropractors over the years, and I have never felt so taken care of like at Dr. Dennis Poole's office. The front staff is a true reflection of Dr. Dennis' nice, genuine, caring, knowledgeable, gentle way of treatment. He takes his time and is so gentle and careful with adjustments, that it would put any nervous patient at ease. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant, I would highly recommend him for adjustments during pregnancies. My husband and toddler also see him. Late review, but well deserved. I was referred here by a colleague and what a relief. I had a sudden onset severe sciatica pain (10/10) for 3 months, and even though I still needed a microdiscectomy, Dr. Poole was able to relieve most of my pain so I could at least function throughout my day up until my surgery. Dr. Adam is amazing! I've had constant lower back and hip pain for the last few years and finally decided to see a chiropractor. My boyfriend and his family referred me to Dr. Adam. I was able to get an appointment within a few days of calling. The new patient registration process is quick and easy. I filled out four or five forms in the comfortable reception area. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. At my first appointment, Dr. Adam asked me a series of questions to better understand my background and he took some x-rays to see the problems in my spine and hips. The actual adjustment took about 15 minutes. Dr. Adam will feel your back to see where the problem areas are, and he will massage those areas to warm them up a bit before he makes his adjustments. The adjustments themselves may seem a little scary to new patients. Oftentimes you will hear and feel a loud "crack" as he works out the kinks in your spine. This is completely normal, and my back felt better and better with each crack. I've had two treatments to date, and each adjustment has eased my pain significantly. There are parking spaces right outside the front door to the office. The waiting area has comfortable seats and is never too crowded. Dr. Adam and his staff are truly great. They are punctual and friendly - they truly make an effort to get to know their patients. I only wish I had started coming here sooner! read more

Dr. Adam has been adjusting me for years and I make sure to go once a month for maintenance. I dislocated my shoulder years ago and if I let it go to long the pain goes down to my ribs and I have trouble breathing. After hoping my hip pain would go away on its own for almost three months, I finally decided that I should go to a chiropractor for the first time in my life. I explained to Dr. Dennis Poole how I thought I injured myself. He did an assessment of me without any x-rays. He gave me a short gel treatment, a short light treatment, then an instant "adjustment". The next morning my pain was gone! I later accidentally undid the adjustment, but that's not the doctor's fault. I have struggled with sciatica on and off after having my son, but this particular episode that I recently had was the worst! Our 7 year old daughter began have severe chest pain almost a year ago. Her pain was constantly a 7-10 on the pain scale.
