Went to Tlc chiropractor for my therapy session. The office is nice and clean and the staff/ are nice and friendly!. They all knew what they are doing . I want to compliment one staff toward my last 2 or 3 sessions. Think her name is Tina. She went above and beyond. The back massage was amazing with the massage machine. I was waiting until I had been here at least three times before leaving my review. I have now been going regularly each week to see Dr. Dan and I could not be more pleased or impressed. This has been my first chiropractic experience and I won't shut up about it haha. I've been telling everyone I can about this practice! First off, the office is very clean and organized. The waiting area is pretty cramped, but luckily they pull you back into a room quickly. I love the cozy, home-like feel of the rooms, and they always smell so nice! Each person here is so friendly and helpful. Linda is the one who did my intake and went above and BEYOND with how she treated me. She was EXTREMELY thorough, kind, and informative. She listened to each of my concerns so efficiently and made sure I was comfortable through the entire process. Dr. Dan is amazing!!! He is so energetic and makes the treatments fun. He is very good about explaining the process and why things are done the way they are in the chiropractic world. I went into my first appointment with so much tension in my shoulders and neck, plus an increasing migraine. He adjusted my neck in two spots and the discomfort was immediately gone. I practically FLOATED out of the office when I left. I have continued to be just as pleased with every other visit so far. My quality of sleep has improved greatly since going to here. Have been to many many many Chiropractic offices all over California in my lifetime (unfortunately). I decided to come here a couple times after speaking with the owner and wanting to give the office a shot. The first visit I was met with total apathy it did not feel like the office or DC really cared about my health or well being at all. I usually don't judge a business by just one experience and I also contacted the owner to let him know of my experience unfortunately upon the second visit things did not change too much. I was greeted by a woman named Lisa who I will say does but the L in TLC she's a very nice and sweet woman who does her best to be attentive and present. I did see the Dr again and he seemed to care a bit more than 0% but that's not really saying much. He did the bare minimum and checked off some mental check boxes in his head to show he was doing his job. Would not recommend this experience to anyone. I did find another chiropractor shortly after who has been astounding but will not mention in this review. Happy to answer any messages though. read more

TLC has been able to accommodate me twice on very short notice. I am so fortunate to have found them. Their front office staff was able to fit me into their busy schedule within the same day for sciatica in 2020 and again in 2023 for a muscle spasm. The office staff informed me that because they squeezed me into their schedule, I would have to wait 15-20 min which was ok with me because I was in so much pain and wanted to see someone as soon as possible. Even after telling me this, they were able to see me in a timely manner. The doctors are honest and thorough in trying to find the root of my lower back issues. After a few visits and adjustments I am back to my normal self. Their pricing is fair and everyone at the office is always welcoming. read more

First time visiting here as TLC Chiropractor was part of Kaiser Permanente referral listings. I have been wanting to see a chiropractor for a long time and finally had time to so some research for local chiropractors in the area which I then came accross TLC. I yelped message to request a 10:00 appointment and received a quick response from Dr. Kent. I scheduled the appointment for a following Saturday and arrived early when the day came. When arrived, the lobby was a full room - must be a hot spot and great service right? As I waited I filled out the paperwork for new patient per custom for every type of doctor office visits. Once the paperwork was completed, I was taken back by Jackie (super friendly, nice, and personable - shout out to you, Jackie!) Also, thank you Jackie for doing the roller massage and Linda for coming in and checking on me with the heat pad. The over all process office and equipment used felt outdated. As for Dr. Ryan, he was quite a character! The actual adjustment from him was fine and quick. I do feel alleviated from the pressure that I mentioned to in my shoulders and lower back, so that's good. To sum it all up, the experience was nothing extraordinary and I am not too sure whether I will be coming back due to the wait. Majority of the rating goes out to the charismatic staff up at the front, holding everything down - thanks again Linda and Jackie! A suggestion from a patience viewpoint is to maybe have an additional chiropractor doctor staffed during the weekend to alleviate traffic and flow. read more

After much "convincing" (AKA nagging with love) from the wife because of some gnarly stiffness throughout my back, shoulder, and hips, she scheduled me for a visit with TLC Chiropractic and I definitely feel tons better because of it. Despite being closed at the time I messaged them, TLC responded to me instantly and scheduled me for the next day. During the visit, Linda was very attentive and took detailed notes on my neck and shoulder problems. Spoke with Dr. Andrew next for an assessment, who was also very helpful in explaining possible causes for my problem. She made me feel really comfortable talking to her, and Dr. O is simply the best. He became more like my therapist/chiropractor lol. My adjustment with Dr Tommy was life-changing! Having been an athlete, I've seen my share of trainers, doctors and therapists and this particular team ran like a Swiss watch. They got me in day-of and the staff was very nice and efficient. Back pain disrupts all aspects of one's life and my first visit made a marked improvement which is generally the exception and not the rule. They also weren't pushing some wacky product or a bunch of prepaid visits. For the improvement they afforded me, their price was extremely fair. Yesterday, I learned what "computer neck" is by experiencing it first hand. My neck and back were in so much pain I could hardly get through my work day. During my lunch break, I called and made a same day appointment at TLC. The person who answered the phone was really sweet as she asked me standard questions. Before getting off the phone, she advised me that she had already looked up my insurance and informed me I was covered with a $15 copay. I arrived 15 minutes before my 5pm appointment. I was greeted as a walked in. After I completed my new patientt paperwork, I was immediately put into a room. Dr Tommy Chau came in and introduced himself and was very personable. He assured me he would do his best to ease my pain. I looked around the room and was intrigued as my previous chiropractor would just adjust my back and then have me sit in a massager. This room was filled with different tools, weights, and what not. ESTIM - talk about amazing. After the ESTIM therapy they used a massager on my back. By this point I was already getting some mobility back. Dr Chau was hilarious and distracted me as he performed the adjustment. He was able to tell me where my pain was without me explaining where. I was amazed and felt confident he really knew what he was doing. Sure enough, I walked out feeling a million times better than when I walked in! Found my new chiropractor! :) Hope this helps someone make the right decision too. read more
