I have been coming to Lincoln Chiro since I moved to Anaheim years ago. I didn't come here often because my back was in decent shape. Well, I was recently T-boned by someone who ran a stop sign so here I am. Dr. Nowicki has since retired, and the practice is now with Dr. Perez. I was a bit apprehensive about seeing a new chiro, but the office still had that old familiar feel. The front office girls are so welcoming and friendly (I work in hospitality and service is a make or break for me). Janet in particular is such a sweetheart and always greets me with a smile (she needs a raise Dr. Perez) I'm still too injured to be adjusted by Dr. JP, so I'm doing massage therapy for the time being. I called Lincoln Chiropractic to schedule an appointment due to uneven shoulders and one side of my body having great posture, but my other side was not as straight. I met with Dr. Perez and he diagnosis my issues I came in for and put muscle stimulators on my neck and then put a warm towel on my back prior to adjusting my spine and other parts of my body. (Mostly the right side.) After he adjusted my spine I felt great and my posture on one sides of my body was normal. I'm so glad that I now have a Chiropractor who is very knowledgeable, experienced and a wonderful doctor who listens to his patients. When I called for to schedule an appointment Dr. Perez receptionist when very friendly and made the check-in/ check-out processes effortless. The facility has been refreshed with new management and you can tell it's for the better. It was good before but I definitely think it's improved. They have several different treatments that you can get, it's clean and the staff is friendly. Great reviews on yelp so I had to come check it out! Their website has a special right now for adjustment + 30 min massage for $39! What a great deal. I was able to make an appointment same day and came in at 1pm. I went straight to my massage which was HEAVENLY! I've been having this piercing pain and Yolanda helped me out. I noticed the massage last a bit under 30 minutes though and she must've been tired cause she kept yawning lol After you're seated at the reception desk to wait for your adjustment. Kinda annoying that I have this massive headache and their was a vacuum going on but alas another 30 min past and I get to see the doctor! Doctor was kind and very attentive. Dr Nowicki helped me out of a world of hurt, starting about a year after I had surgery on my back. He found out that I was still hurting NOT because of a problem with my surgery, but because there were things out of whack north and south of my surgery site. Over the course of several weeks, he gently coaxed mobility back without jacking up the surgery site. When I first went to see him, I was on fistfuls of Advil, muscle relaxants and painkillers just to get through my days and nights. Now, I may pop the occasional Advil, but no more than your average Joe. I'm back to working out at the gym, rollerblading, and skiing. I have sent several family members to him, some of whom were very fearful of chiropractic. He tailors his approach to each person's individual physical and psychological needs. I have been going to Dr. Nowicki for several years. I have gone for simple adjustments, massages and even for an injury from a car accident in 2010. Dr. Nowicki and his staff are always helpful and professional. Sometimes I will sleep incorrectly and my neck or back is out of whack. I can always count on Dr. Nowicki to set me straight and get me back to work. Nancy works at the front desk and is always helpful in scheduling follow up appointments. The masseuse changes from time to time, but the massage rates are very reasonable. It can be hard to find because the location faces a busy street and you can only access it from the alleyway behind the building. Took a few tries before I found the entrance. I have recently started going to see Dr. Nowicki for my back pain. Looking for a good chiropractor was a new thing for me, so I was a little overwhelmed at first. I called the office and the receptionist was super nice, walked me through all the steps and set me up with an appointment for that day (my back was pretty sore!) It was great that she found time to get me in on a moments notice. I probably only waited a few minutes after filling out my paperwork and went in to meet the doctor. He was very pleasant and answered all of the questions that I had. I felt comfortable the entire time and once my adjustment was finished I could feel immediate relief. I not see him on a weekly basis, and every time I am there I find it to be an efficient and enjoyable experience.
