Dr. Sandoval heard my experiences & issues over the years of treating the issue and broke things down while also educating me on what was going on in my body and how we were going to work towards getting to a better place. From having pain the moment I woke up to get out of bed to currently getting out of bed and forgetting I have back issues at times has been a pretty shocking shift for over a month into treatment. I'm still a work in progress and following the exercises while getting treated but having seen great progress already I'm pretty excited for what more time and work will accomplish in the future as the treatment continues. "No, you are not signing up for a re-occurring membership". Two months later come to find out they absolutely did sign me up for a reoccurring membership and have charged my card not only for the initial services I purchased but also two months of their "membership fee". When ai emailed to cancel they responded saying I need to come into the original location to cancel. I communicated their staff literally lied to me and that I was mislead on agreeing to this membership and do not have the time to stop by and cancel something I never signed up for. That's the email they of course decided to never reply to. I 100% would not trust this establishment with access to your money and will absolutely be filing a claim with my bank for a full refund.
