I was in here yesterday for service on my 2025 Chevrolet Trax. This is my second visit I have free oil changes and tire rotations the first time there was no charge and yesterday they charged me 136.00 I asked why and they said that I purchased my car from Dan vaden they would not cover this​. No one ever told me that I had to go to the dealership i purchased it. But I feel that they should have explained this before they did the service. I am on social security income and because the first one was free I thought this was part of my contract. Very bad lack of communication I feel because I am old that I was taken advantage of. I've been dealing with this dealership for nearly 5 years simply because it is close to my house. Everytime I go in for a scheduled appointment for anything on my truck, the time it takes to complete anything is extremely long and no updates are given on the vehicle. Latest issues with my truck have been high vibrations at 65 mph and above and a leaking rear glass. I took it in for the vibration issues and they "performed a balance." I still have high vibrations and now it vibrates at anything about 55 mph. I took it in for my rear glass leaking. They took 2 days to "discover" my leak when I tried to show a service advisor exactly where my 4 leaks were coming from and she did not come and look at it. They charged me $500 for a new glass and I had to bring the truck back at a later date to get it installed. After bringing back to get glass replaced, I was charged $300 for the labor to install it, they left the old glass in the bed of my truck, and 4 days later morning dew is still leaking from the new rear glass into my headliner and rear seat. I have no confidence in the abilities of any technicians at this dealership to fix vehicles or service advisors to relay customer discrepancies for technicians to fix them. There is a lack of quality within this dealership. I will drive my truck to California for an oil change before I bring my truck here again. I'm also confident that my next vehicle will not be a product of GM. read more

I've had my new truck in for oil change/tire rotation three or four times since it was new. Once they rotated the tires and forgot to adjust the tire pressure front to back. And the last time I had it in, they didn't reset the oil monitor. But the service managers are very nice and have been helpful. But I don't think I'm getting what I've paid for, so I'll do it myself from now on, less hassle. read more

Rincon Chevrolet service department is a rip off. One time they told me I needed a new air filter and showed me one that was really dirty and I told told them to put it back in and went and brought one from the parts store and the one in my vehicle was fine. It wasnt even the one they showed me. Also one time charged me for a tire rotation that they they did not do because they said I needed new tires from them. So I brought 4 new tores from them. next day my tire pressure went to 20 lbs . When I went back I was told there was a nail in it and needed to buy a another new tire. I left and took ot to a front end place. There was no nail in tire. It was a leaking value stem. 3 stikes you are out. read more

My car has been serviced through them along with my truck. The service department is awful. They could not fix my new car, even after putting it on the computer. They kept it for 2 days, i had to pick it up still with problems. When i asked why they cant fix it, they said " We dont know what is wrong with it", even though you can hear and feel it when you start it up. They have no knowledge to what they are doing when i asked specifics. This is not a place to service your vehicles. I will never go there again, plus they have messed up my truck air. After each oil change, something has gone out on my cars. Both are new cars and should not have these problems. Do not take you vehicle to this place. Never deal with Rincon Chevy again! read more

When I ordered the new FOB from the Parts Department the Gentleman that helped me could not have been more helpful. If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Can't say enough great things about Jimmy Brown in the service department and his foreman, Mike. They are the best!!! I had been given the run around and paid a small fortune to get my son's 2008 Chevy truck diagnosed correctly but when I brought it to Jimmy and Mike, they got to the bottom of the problem and wouldn't let me take it home until they knew the problem was fixed without breaking the bank. They are the best and I truly cannot say enough good things about them. You won't be sorry bringing your vehicle needs to these guys....you cannot go wrong with them and I am FOREVER truly grateful to them!! read more

Do not recommend buying or selling here. I bought a Traverse from here. I was told the car came with a key fob. Then after the sale was signed it all of a sudden didn't. Was then told it would be $175 to get one. Then I no longer needed the car this year. Sold it back to them. Was told I would get my money after the payoff the next Monday. Here we are 3 weeks later. Still haven't gotten my money and all I get is "I told management" Buyer/seller beware. read more

When my Stabiltrak light came on, I took my vehicle to a reputable mom n pop shop which ran diagnostics and stated that when my engine was replaced, the ECU sensor was not properly aligned. They (unfortunately) stated that the repair would have to be done at a Chevrolet dealership. Insert Rincon Chevrolet. I made an appointment for Thursday at 1 PM and made the mistake of dropping off the vehicle. They did not even look at the vehicle until Monday morning. They ultimately stated that the ECU sensor and a wheel bearing needed replaced, so we allowed them to make those repairs. Upon receiving my vehicle back, I noticed a distinct shudder upon braking which was not previously present. We took the vehicle back to Rincon Chevrolet, where they told us that all four brakes and rotors needed replaced to the tune of $1500. Since this was obviously BS considering the brakes are only seven months old, we took the vehicle back to the shop which replaced the brakes. They removed and inspected all four brakes and gave them all a 100% clean bill of health. Turns out, they didn't lubricate anything when replacing the wheel bearing. A little bit of lube, a zero dollar charge, a recommendation to use a different shop, and we were all set. I really don't appreciate the fact that Rincon Chevrolet blatantly attempted to rip me off by creating false issues with my vehicle. I thought Vaden was bad, but this takes the cake! In retrospect, I doubt that either the ECU sensor or wheel bearing needed replaced. I will not be returning to Rincon Chevrolet. In the future it will be well worth the drive to go across the border into South Carolina to one of the many Chevy dealers. read more

When we went to Rincon Chevrolet we were in the middle of losing our home and our car had broke down six times in one week we were on the brink of losing everything. Steve was our salesman and he did everything in his power to look out for us ,got us a great deal ,got the price dropped ,got us a super low monthly payment. Came in on a Friday there was only one salesperson on the floor. I was interested in a 2021 civic that was advertised as 10% down $399 per month. My cs is below a 700 so I knew I would not get the advertised rate but I figured It was worth a try. The salesperson went to run some numbers and came back with $12,000 down (cash money I worked hard for) $800 payment for 72 months. Needless to say I went elsewhere and got treated much better. I now get messages and emails from rincon Chevrolet every week I could unsubcribe but a good honest review is much more satisfying. read more

This was my go to place to have my truck worked on until having my breaks worked on. The calipers weren't put on properly and my rim was damaged beyond repair. After telling me they were going to order a new rim, I found out they were just trying to 'fix it'. The bolt from the caliper tore a hole all the way through the chrome. They had my truck for 3 months before I was finally able to get it back. I was not kept in the "know" the entire time they had my truck. I had to keep calling to get status updates. Granted they gave me a rental for that time frame BUT if the work was completed properly the first time I wouldn't have needed the rental. Please be cautious bringing your vehicles here. read more

This service center was exceptional!!! I brought my 2020 Silverado in for a tire replacement and they ordered and repaired next day. Very professional, courteous and helpful. Jimmy, Barbara and Jonathan teamed up to ensure I had them taken care of quickly and took my truck in as soon as reasonably possible. I was driving up from Miami on a military PCS move and snagged a long screw near my sidewall of the tire. They were the only dealership to listen to my concern and quickly contact their warehouse for a replacement tire. We bought a new Silverado which we had to bring in a few times for service which== can be expected. But, after bringing it back for the same issues multiple times it became annoying. Jimmy Brown was very helpful, others not so much. It was like the more work they did on the truck the more money they got! Yes it was still under warranty. The hood had to be worked on at least 5 times and the grand finale was a mechanic at RC drilled holes in the hood to fix a leak. RC did buy me a new hood thanks to Jimmy. I asked numerous times to not contact me anymore as I have moved away from the Savannah area but 2 years later I am still receiving sales and service emails. I would give the dealership a 0 rating but that's not an option to select so I have to give them a 1(-1really) My suggestion is to look elsewhere. read more

Went in for a recall for a brake lamp switch. Left the dealership with my brakes unable to fully disengage. Driving home, I had smoke rolling off of my wheels due to not being able to fully disengage. The general manager, Jesse Greathouse, refused to link the recall repair to the malfunction of my car. So, after a day, and $650, I'm back to where I was a day ago. If you prefer a service center that is incapable of holding themselves accountable for their mistakes, this is your place. read more

The guy that I dealt with in service initially was rude and conqdescending. I made my displeasure known and dealt with the Service Manager from that point forward. The Service Manager and the young lady in service are professionals. The guy at the desk immediately to the right either needs to be retrained on customer service or needs to go do something else. read more

I had a very bad experience at a GM Buick dealership in Alabama. It absolutely disgusted me that I had purchased my vehicle with them. However,my visit here recovered my husbands and my dedication to buying General Motors instead of going to competitors. From the second I called and explained I was new to the area and needed service to my car Rebecca stepped right up and made sure my needs were met. I arrived to my appointment was immediately greeted by a man name John (I hope that's his name) he was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the operations of his facility I asked how long he said one hour and a half and he beat my expectations by at least thirty minutes!
