The cardiologists here perform TAVR, MitraClip, TriClip, and Watchman procedures. If you've been told you need one of these, you already know how beneficial these minimally invasive options can be. Staff is friendly and most have been there for years. I see Doctor Gerber and I feel like Diana is family now. Low turn over means happy employees. I scheduled an appoint to see Dr. Gerber on Wednesday June 20-18 (unfortunately this was his soonest opening). About 20 minutes after arriving I was told that Dr. Gerber was 1 to 1-1/2 hours behind. I had another appointment which could not be canceled. His PA, Tyler didn't know my history, which did not instill a sense of credibility. When I saw Dr. Gerber in the hall upon leaving I expressed my frustration to him and he said, "you are lucky you saw the PA". What arrogance, audacity and lack of care as a doctor ! I have lost all confidence in Dr. Gerber and those associated with his practice. I waited three months post surgery and was treated very unprofessionally. When I asked to see Dr. Gerber in the next couple of weeks I was told it would be another three months before he had an opening. This is unacceptable, and very inconsiderate. It is obvious that Dr. Gerber is not invested in his patients and their care.

I received a referral for community care from the VA and left 4 messages to schedule an appointment and they have all been ignored. Not only do I not recommend this facility but I plan to reach out to the VA and suggest that they remove them from their providers list.
