I was told by the initial appointment maker, as well as the receptionist Vanessa that my appointment was thru video call. So i was told TWICE that it was over video. The time comes for my appointment today and i never receive a call. So, when i call the office asking when I would receive my call, they told me it was in person and that I would have to reschedule for another date since they can't change the "in person" visit to be a video call at the last minute since they needed a full hour. Not sure what's going on with their scheduling but it resulted in horrible miscommunication and a misunderstanding that lead to me waiting more time just to see a psychiatrist. While this was at the fault of their computer system or whoever creates/views the appointment, they were not apologetic at all for this inconvenience and miscommunication. If you have an appointment with them you better make sure like three times atleast how the appointment will be held. I made sure twice and was still given wrong information, and with an attitude as well.

She could have (and SHOULD have) discussed medication options to help with my HG (hyperemesis gravidarum) but each time I tried telling her how sick I was, she brushed it off and just told me to take the sleep aid she had prescribed me, which was not helping at all with my severe nausea. I unnecessarily suffered throughout my pregnancy, and at its worst, I was throwing up 5x a day and was losing weight instead of gaining weight. It was the worst experience of my life and the pregnancy sickness was honestly very traumatic for me. Other doctors and staff I came in contact with were much more friendly and helpful, but due to my experience with Dr Sanchez, I hope to never return to this clinic. Very long wait time once put into a room to be seen. Every time I had an appointment but seems pointless; I would spend minimum 2hrs at doc office but actual time w doc was always about 10min.

When you do get someone to answer the phone they are miserable. I think the ladies hate their job and definitely should not be working with the public. They are cold, rude and annoyed. I can't imagine someone going through much worse than my health problems having to deal with this lack of compassion, patience and empathy. After his so-called exam, he sat there and mansplained me my entire health history based on the medical records my primary had provided. He went as far as to announce my own disability to me. (The one I've had since birth and am very well aware of since I live and use my body.) He did not try to help with my health issues. He did not address why I was there at all. He simply wrote me a prescription and said it was just like taking 2 Advil but if I wanted another prescription I'd have to return to see him. Why would I do that?!? The exam room was unsanitary. The glass containers holding cotton swabs etc were covered in a layer of dust. The trash can was overflowing with about a foot high pile of paper garbage. I was afraid to touch anything in that room. I did not return. In fact, I had to find a new specialist who did properly diagnose me. Don't waste your time or money.
