They were able to replace the tile and vanity within the amount of time we requested (3 days). His estimate was very reasonable. During the process, Frank was very communicative. But the only difficulty I would say was communicating with his team, if Frank wasn't present, because of my broken Spanish. But Frank was able to resolve any issues and concerns that we had.
