I scheduled an appointment for 9:00 AM to…read morehave four tires replaced, and when I arrived I was told the tires I ordered were not actually in stock, even though I had been told previously that they were available. Because of that, I had no choice but to purchase a different set of tires that they did have available, which ended up costing about $200 more than the $1,100 I had originally planned to spend. What made the situation worse was the service afterward. Despite having a scheduled appointment, I was repeatedly pushed back while walk-in customers and others were helped before me. I ended up waiting around four hours, which defeats the entire purpose of scheduling an appointment in advance. On top of that, several employees were rude and dismissive when I asked about the delay. I understand that shops can get busy and that inventory issues happen, but the lack of communication, the extra cost, and the way I was treated made the experience extremely disappointing. If appointments are going to be offered, they should actually be respected, and customers should not be told tires are in stock if they are not. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect good customer service. I hope management looks into improving both communication and how customers are treated.

We have hit deer, backed into poles and been involved in general traffic accidents and each time the repairs are completed on time and within budget. With one repair, Rich warned that the cost could increase once he got the vehicle pulled apart...and that was indeed the case. He walked us through the issues and gave us options. During the pandemic, with car prices increasing a lot, we changed our mind about a car that was totaled by the insurance company and had FFAB fix it. The repairs were a couple thousand dollars less than purchasing a comparable used replacement. Not "good as new" but back in good shape ( for a ten year old vehicle), safe and still running two years later! I wish I had some before and after pics! I have referred friends and family to FFAB...that says it all! Thanks, Rich!

I waited and watched and finally called a bit after 1:00p and was told they have no repair request or record from yesterday. They didn't even want the phone number of the tech who called to say he was on his way last night so they could check with him about being here. It's 2:34 as I write this and still nothing and they had the address and number last night. Lucky I stranded at home and not some parking lot.

This is a 1-owner small business, and despite the fact that I'm nowhere near his location-- it's worth the miles to drive here. I've read Sam P's comments, and am certain his story is likely due to a hired employee at the time (no longer there) - you DO realize the difficulty to find and retain good qualified technicians, right? That said: I highly recommend RAC to you for your foreign or domestic vehicles. I'm about to take my 5th one there for needed service. Here's an unusual example, kinda off the regular path: My Ford Van was throwing an error alarm 2 shops were unable to correct. RAC and Richard had it for a cupl days and found of all things; a rusty lock switch in the rear of the rig was causing spurrious signals to be sent to the main processor. Switch fixed...alarm solved.

Had repair work done to my car. Went to pick up my car and to my amazement my car had a horrible…read moresmell! I don't smoke and my car had been smoked in. I called to speak with the manager Dave and he apologized and asked what he could do to make it right I said he could pay for a detail because the smell was so bad. Dave agreed gave me the number to a detail shop right beside his company, I called Ed and asked what he recommended he suggested a full detail of the inside. I called another detail company which stated the same suggestions. When I arrived for my detail I was informed that Dave gave a $50 budget as he didn't want to pay for a full detail however I wasn't made aware of this until my appointment on Saturday of course when Reynoldsburg Car Care company was closed, I will never go back for anything or recommend anyone! DON'T SMOKE IN MY CAR!
