I love this place!!! There's so much to do. I especially enjoyed laser tag. I was exhausted when our game was over. The food can get a lil pricey but there are inexpensive snack items on the menu if you don't want to shell out big bucks for a meal. Not the best. Quite pricy and the food takes forever to get to you. If they had more employees working at a given time, the experience might be better. It's hard to find an employee when you need one. It's also hard to tell whom they target with a bar (that is hard to find) and games that are way over priced and seem to be meant for young, young kids and not older kids and adults. Skating is way over priced and the wait time for bowling is a bit high as well. The facility is clean, however and the number of activities available is a plus. I don't think I'll be back unless the facility can find more employees and better customer and food services. read more

I just left this place, the cost of bowling, skating and food for family of 4 cost well over $300 (too pricey), I rather went to D&B. The service was awful, especially that man behind the counter with the skates. The owner needs to complete a market study and start over, ASAP!!!!! read more

Where else can you go and enjoy great times with family a friends. There is something here for everyone! Arcades, Laser Tag, Food Court, Adult lounge, Bowling and skating. Its amazing!!! Im a big skater and I love the polish concrete floor with the amazing lights and excellent choice of music. There is a lot of fun in this place. I was blown away. 18 and over weekend nights are also a blast for those that the more adult scenes. Don't hesitate to visit this place. FIVE STARS ACROSS THE BOARD!!!! read more

Great facility with lots to do if have tons of money to get rid of really fast! The prices really are rediculous and we spent $30 in 20 minutes on a few games. Some of the games are $3-$4! We were the only customers there and there were about 10-12 employees standing around or eating. You would need a loan to actually play AND eat there for a family of four! Great place for a date night! The restaurant there has some great options to choose from, we really liked the meatball sub. We spent some time in the arcade with the bonus cash we got from Facebook, and also went bowling. Finished the night at the outdoor bar! My husband and I went in on a Saturday night to unwind after a stressful week. We enjoyed the after hour adult playtime and appetizers. However, we noticed that service was poor at the outside bar. We literally stood in front of the bartenders as they served EVERYONE around us. It became quite obvious that we were invisible because we were a little more "tanned" than the other patrons. We were stunned at the bartenders blatant disregard for us. The couple standing beside us also noticed that the bartenders were ignoring us and suggested that we move directly in front to the wells to command their attention. Another 10 mins passed and we were still being ignored. We patiently waited as the completed everyone's order, then kindly asked several bartenders if it was possible for us to get a drink or if we needed to go back inside for service. One of bartenders answered, but she still refused to serve us. She walked away and began clean the other bar area. Another turned his back to us. We asked a third bartender for her assistance and she politely walked away and began to chat with the couple sitting next to us. She finally returned and offered her service. My low score is based on the outside bar service. I am hoping that this was an isolated incidence and that management will address this problem. read more

If you are looking for a place to have a good BOWLING experience don't go here. The lanes are not regulation(like 1/2 the length), the pins are connected to ropes on the top in place of an actually pin machine, the bowling area is black light bowling in the main room and 3-4 lanes are regular light in another room. They charge by the hour, or so we thought. While paying the guy asked if we wanted to just pay for 30min. We said no and got the hour. We like playing 2-4 games. 5 frames in we were so disappointed that I went and asked if we could just be charged for 30min and get half the money back($40, 2 people, 1 hour). The manager told me once you start the hour they can't refund any of the money. If you are looking to have fun, sling a house ball down the lane and not care about score or anything then this is for you. Everyone else should go to the bowling alley on Russell. My wife has played the put-put with colleagues before and said it wasn't all that great either. read more
