Decent place, the eating area was eh...service is horrible, nobody ever pays attention or comes over and the bar drinks aren't that great.

What a disappointment. Mini golf is old and torn. Have to clean rock off almost every hole. Carpet is torn on several of the holes. Feels like you have to pay them to do their cleaning. Then go karts was like $12 per person for apx 3 minutes actual race time. read more

Have taken the kids to skate several times and MANY of those times people had shoes, backpacks and other items stolen. I asked a manager if they had considered lockers or a check in station. He pointed towards a sign that said "not responsible for lost or stolen items" and said they were not responsible. Obviously no one expects them to take responsibility and replace stolen items but they could care and maybe show concern. Especially considering how expensive it is. Skate for an hour that over $12 each play some arcade games spend $50 or more order food you can easily drop $200 for you and your kids plus the kids shoes may get stolen. As the sign says, they ain't responsible. If you go to skate wear your cheapest shoes. Oh also if you go putt putt there's another $40 to putt over ripped worn out carpet. read more

Love it here. Great place for kids and adults to have fun together. Mini golf, bowling, arcade games, go cart racing, laser tag and more. Food is awesome and staff are super friendly. Conference rooms are available to do training activities, or a good place for a sports banquet. read more

I was very disappointed in the mini golf! I took my two boys and it was definitely not worth the $30 I spent to play. The course was old, the greens were ripped and rocks all over so you couldn't play the right way if you wanted too. They spent all that money on the water park and hotel. They need to do so up keep on their other attractions. read more

My cousin, who lives in Stockbridge, just turned 12 and asked to come to Rigby's with a few friends instead of having a party. Her sisters also came making it a total of 6 children. Upon arrival, her mother purchased each child a $25 card, plus a $25 card for the adults to share, equaling $175. With the purchase, each card was given $5.00 extra that could only be spent on what are called green games. The first issue we ran into was that Keith Daniels told us that the green games had green screens, so the girls spent some of the wrong money on the card. When I went to inquire about the problem, a young lady working the counter also stated that the games with the green screens are the games included in the extra $5.00. We figured out that what is accurate is the lighting around the green screen is either red or green. We had to load another $5 total to have enough to play laser tag and mini golf. No apologies were given, but the young lady explained that the gambling type games would be the ones that are not the green games, so I let that go. Then one of her sisters wanted to ride go-karts again, so she and her grandmother headed outside, got in line and a couple of us sat down to watch. I saw a large party come out behind them and head to the go-karts. The next thing I knew the party had bypassed them and gotten to ride, taking 2 turns to allow the entire party to ride. When it was finally their turn, after about 25 minutes of waiting, they were told they would have to wait again because the 3rd double seater needed to charge. Needless to say, we were not happy, so my cousin, the mother, went to complain. Keith Daniels was the person we saw first, so my cousin started explaining what happened. He did not apologize, he instead smirked and said that it was policy to move parties to the front of the line. She stated that she had spent $175 and that it was not right for people to jump ahead just because she didn't use a table and a host. He just kept saying that it was policy, so I stated that they had come all the way from Henry county, to which he replied, "That's not far." It's an hour and a half and we told him that. During the conversation, she said the word damn, which was not directed at him, and he started saying don't cuss at me. From then on that was all he could say to her, so she walked off to the front counter. I told him that the policy isn't right and he then said something to the effect of what is a solution, but by this point he had made us angry, so I walked off. Another woman with us told him that he should have asked that 5 minutes ago. He comes over to the counter where we had just asked to speak to anyone other than him and starts talking again. Still no apology and I said, "They are not more important than us." He then said, "You're saying you are more important than them," and I said, "That is not what I said." He then said, "Yes it is, you said that you are more important." I said, "No, I said that they are not more important, which means we should be treated equally." He continued to argue and I stopped, but my cousin asked if she should start filming and that is when he walked off. Gracie, a manager, was headed to talk to us and he stopped her telling her that we were angry. When she approached, we told her that we had been upset, but his response had made us angry. She apologized for the issues and took my cousin and her grandmother to the front of the line and didn't charge her card for the ride. While she was outside handling this, Keith Daniels came out, screamed her name and asked her what she was doing. She came to the fence to talk to him and we could not hear what was said, but he did not seem happy about what was going on. We did let Gracie know that we appreciated her and that had he done exactly what she did, the situation would not have escalated. Once I got home I searched the website and nowhere under go-karts nor parties does it state that parties are bumped to the head of the line. I would think that if this is policy it would be posted there. I am very disappointed in the service Keith Daniels provided to us and now I am angry that we spent money in this establishment. read more

This is not a place to bowl if you are serious or even semi-serious about bowling. When my family and I showed up to bowl a family game, they rented shoes and I pulled mine out of my bowling bag. After a few frames, a group of kids showed up and they were placed right next to us. (We were on lane 1 and all the other lanes were open.) none of the kids had the proper bowling shoes. They were throwing/lofting the ball down the lane which causes damage to the lanes. They even tried to pick up my personal drilled balls to throw them. More kids and a family showed up. All were allowed to bowl without the proper shoes. This place is chaotic and a waste of money. If your looking for somewhere to drop your kids off so you can have some free time, this is the place. If your looking to have some family fun, Don't got here! Just moved to GA and I'll never be back! read more

Overpriced disgusting food, the games are boring and the water park is too small for the price they charge.

Rigby's is an entertainment facility which has arcades, bowling, laser tag, skating, and go carting. My date and I went to Rigby's the past weekend and we had an okay time. There were a lot of school buses full of kids that filled the entire building! I don't mind there were a lot of people at Rigby's it shows that it has something to offer for people to come. (Positive) My date and I strolled in around 7:30pm to see the games, as I check around the arcade section, I noticed a lot of new games were added which was I thought was great! A lot of fun, brightly colored arcade games that were well maintained and cleaned. I didn't get to visit the other activities as I think the laser tag was boring, the go-kart lines were long and just about everything was filled with high schoolers. We did watch the NBA playoffs while we ate but other than that, I enjoyed my time at Rigby's. Only one big thing for me... The cost to play the games are way too expensive! Dave n Busters is cheaper and have more variety. read more

Been here once to try out the laser tag that my little brother kept raving about and figured I'd take him somewhere randomly. First impression was the place looked kind of small. Didn't seem like a whole lot you can do. Arcade area was very lacking. Go cart track is small and not entertaining to drive or watch. No drift??? Mini golfing was entertaining for a bit with the wife and little brother as I love competition regardless, nothing fancy. Laser tag was probably the high light of our time there. Although the rules lend itself to a boring yet safe gameplay. The biggest gripe is the money spent! I guess if you wanted to do all sorts of activities in one place it's good. But I would personally enjoy each one of these activities better in their respective elements. read more

I will not return to this business. Tonight my 12 year old son went with two friends. While skating he accidentally knocked down a 5 year old girl. He helped her up and apologized. Then her father came over and began yelling at him for knocking her over. (She could not skate and should not be in the main rink area.) He then got a manager and accused him of abuse. The manager would not listen to the boys side, and kicked them out! They put them out of the building without calling the parents. My son had to call from the off duty deputy sheriff working security's phone. I called on the way to get the story. The business could not tell me what happened. When I finally got an answer, I was told he hit someone and was kicked out!!!! This is bad business. You advertise yourself as a family friendly business that is safe for kids. Then you let an adult railroad three 12 and 13 year old boys. You kick them out and tell them never to return without allowing them to speak. Then you put them to the curb without allowing them to call their parents. If the officer had not let them use his phone, or they did not have a phone, how long would they have had to sit outside waiting for their ride to get there!! read more

I drove 85 miles to Rigby's for my daughter's birthday party and had the worst experience due to poor management. The COO, Keith Daniels, did not handle our situation as a manager should, instead he escalated it. He made a reference to our drive being "not that far" and put words in my cousins mouth when trying to explain why we were unhappy. Just know that if you plan to ride go carts, you may be in line for a while bc people who have paid for a party get to cut in line ahead of you and if you complain about their "policy" the COO will try to belittle you...especially if you are a woman. I will do everything I can to make sure everyone I know does not give one penny to this place ever again! read more

My son, mother and myself enjoyed the roller skating and mini golf. We also participated in a few arcade games. Overall it was a good time. It is a nice clean facility with friendly staff but is very very expensive. The food is basically terrible so I wouldn't go there to eat. I have never played #lasertag before but the first time I went to #rigbys I played a game with my family. The instructions were explained to us and the game was extremely fun. I would definitely recommend taking some friends or getting your family to go to Rigbys and #getsomefun! read more

Overpriced. Too expensive for what it is. Even though they offer 18 and older after 10 its not adult friendly besides the drinks. The drinks are in small glass cups and overpriced as well, and watered down. SMH never again. They charge for everything. The whole place is set up very nicely and the staff are very courteous. It's easy to spend a lot of money here since activities are on the slightly pricey side and it's super easy to spend all your money in the arcade since the games are addicting! I purchased 5 season passes in 2017 with the anticipation that the water park was going to be opening in May of 2018, as everyone knows the park didn't actually open until mid-July. After seeing numerous Facebook post by others who had also pre-purchased season passes where Rigby's had responded that the passes would be honored in 2019, my husband called Rigby's and spoke with Steve Rigby himself who assured him that Season passes purchased for 2018 would in fact be honored in 2019 if we chose not to use them for the 2018 season. Yesterday was the first time that we were able to get to the park and when we tried to use our passes, we were told that to be able to "roll over" the value we would have to pay an additional $20 per pass. After speaking with the manager, he admitted that even though they had told people the passes would be honored, they did not know at the time that they were going to increase the price and that regardless of the fact that Steve Rigby had given his word to honor the passes, the upcharge had to be paid to use them. The funny thing is that they did allow me to return the passes for a refund of $69.99 per pass which is only a $10 difference of the current season pass price of $79.99, yet they are charging people $20 to roll over their passes. The manager also admitted that they had been dealing with this issue all summer... it's funny how people expect a business to honor their word. We ended up purchasing day passes to take the kids since we were already there, and we will just find a more ethical business to give our money to in the future. read more

I'm used to Dave & Buster's, but this place is okay. I loved mini golf and roller skating there. The arcade is nothing special, and the go karts are pretty slow. Reasonable prices, and a nice little candy bar. Worst parts about this place? It's terribly understaffed and has a sewage smell. read more

I'm so glad there are still decent roller rinks around. The staff was extremely friendly and if you come before 5pm you can skate all day (open until 12am) even if you leave and come back. For the most part the music is spot on. They also have an arcade, bowling, laser tag, and (soon) a mini golf course. read more

We had a bad experience with our group party. We would not recommend a group party to anyone. We arrived ON TIME for our party, and our party host was late so we had to wait on her. That's fine. We understand things happen. Our party host was great. She did her best to make the experience a good one for all of us. She did ask the adults if they wanted a menu for the bar. With this being a kids party and the adults there being leaders responsible for watching the kids, we felt that was a bit inappropriate. Nothing against our party host for that. I'm sure she has been instructed to ask that and push sales from the bar. Our pizza that was supposed to be prepared upon our arrival was significantly delayed. We understand this as well, but the delay became rather significant.This posed problems because we had young kids with us that were told not to eat before they arrived. They were complaining about being hungry and were not enjoying our bowling activity as much as they could have because they were hungry. We were later told this was because our party host was late and that she did not put the order in on time. That is not our fault. I understand that things happen and that in the grand scheme of things this is a very small problem, but as paying customers we do have a right to voice our concerns. We felt (in our opinion) that management did not care when we voiced our concerns. They were very rude, told me they didn't like me or my attitude, and gave excuses.They lacked empathy and pretty much gave us the attitude that our party wasn't as important as the other ones going on. We asked to speak to someone higher up in management and was told that there was only one person higher than the people we were speaking with. Mr.Rigby did come and speak with us which we appreciate. He was very friendly and listened to us. He was able to figure out what happened and work with us to help us make the best of a bad situation. We would love to see management have better customer service skills. As loyal customers that come for a party every year, we had high expectations because of past parties. Unfortunately,those were not met this time. We will not be back. Rigby's says that the price point reflects the level of service they provide. In this case, the level of service came nowhere near matching the price point. This is especially true for our group because the kids attending this event raised money for this party themselves through fundraisers. read more

Went there last night to have dinner and a drink. Mind you I'm from Vegas so I felt as if the alcohol drinks were way to small and very overpriced. I got maybe a half to a whole shot and like 4-5 ounces of a can of coke in my drink for way to much money. The staff was and is great very polite and professional service. We went several months ago, and will not be back. We started in the restaurant. 9 of us, and we took up 2 booths. Orders were taken rather quickly. We waited and waited and waited some more for food. After about 45 minutes, food finally started arriving. My father in law got his burger and finished it before most of us got our food. We complained several times, and even the owner got involved. But they couldn't get their act together and get food out to us. The few plates that made it out, people around us were cheering when it arrived. Final straw, my wife gets her hot sandwich that was cold. Worst part for me was having to spend more money on game cards for the kids, but we had promised them they could play games. Not my kids fault the service was the worst I have ever experienced. Hope they can make that money go far, since it is the last I will spend there. read more
