Mike went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and got exactly what I needed!…read more I was having issues with my current suspension setup, specifically a pretty loud squeaking noise coming from the front strut driver side area. The frustrating part was that we couldn't figure out exactly where the noise was coming from. I decided to reach out to Mike at MJ Motorsports and from the very beginning, he was extremely helpful and gave me different options on how we could approach the issue. What I really appreciated was that Mike could have easily just sold me a brand-new suspension setup, called it a day, and the problem most likely would have been resolved. Instead, he wanted to explore every possible option first before having me spend money on something I might not necessarily need. That alone says a lot about how he runs his business and takes care of his customers. Mike made time for me to bring my vehicle in so his team could inspect the side that was making noise. After looking into it, they discovered that the front strut was actually loose! It was so loose that it needed to be turned approximately seven times before being properly torqued down. Once everything was tightened to spec, they took the vehicle for a test drive, and the squeaking was completely gone! Unfortunately, that only lasted about a day before the noise came back. At that point, I was beyond frustrated because the squeaking was pretty loud, especially when driving through parking lots. It was so bad that people would actually turn their heads to see where the noise was coming from! Hahaha. Even after that, Mike didn't give up on trying to figure things out. He actually went out of his way to contact Eibach directly, explained everything that was happening, and tried to see if they had any recommendations. Unfortunately, even Eibach couldn't give us a definite answer or solution. After exhausting our options, we decided the best route was to replace the entire suspension setup with a brand-new kit. Mike worked with me throughout the entire process and took care of everything from start to finish. He even managed to get me scheduled a little earlier than originally planned because he knew how badly I wanted that squeaking noise gone! When appointment day came, I dropped off my vehicle and let his team do their thing. Once I got it back, I couldn't have been happier! The installation came out awesome, everything was properly installed, and all the hardware was torqued down to the correct specifications. Most importantly, the annoying squeaking was finally gone! Overall, I can't say enough good things about Mike and his team at MJ's. Their customer service, attention to detail, honesty, and willingness to go the extra mile really stand out. One thing I especially respect is that Mike will never recommend something just to make a sale. If he doesn't feel comfortable recommending it, he won't. He genuinely wants to make sure his customers are getting the right solution rather than simply spending unnecessary money. It's hard to find businesses these days that truly care about their customers the way Mike and his team do. They take pride in their work, stand behind what they do, and make sure everything is done right. Huge mahalo to Mike and the entire team at MJ's for going above and beyond! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality work, honest recommendations, and outstanding customer service. You guys definitely earned my trust and future business!

They are quick to help you find the items you are looking for so that you can be on your way. When I purchased a battery, they had me pull my car up and had it installed in a flash. I needed to install the front headlight low and high beams today. My daughter was struggling to get it installed and after a couple attempts one of the store representatives came out and got them installed. It was no easy feat for us, but he was able to get it done within minutes. I am so grateful for their hospitality and kindness. There is no way I could have done it myself, especially in the dark. I was ready to shut the hood and drive blind for a couple days. If it was not for the generous and helpful representative, I would be driving around with one headlight. I didn't get the name of the guy that helped me (receipt said CJ) but he definitely deserves a raise! He took a look at my old battery and quickly figured out that the larger battery I bought (4 year warranty) wouldn't fit in the compartment and exchanged for a smaller one (3 year warranty, bummers), then installed it for me. Entire process took about 10 minutes. Dude was so fast and efficient that he left me in awe.

I've had virtually every type of problem a car could have (brakes, exhaust, ignition, tires, clutch, rack and pinion, suspension, radiator, A/C) and all they were able to successfully complete all of those jobs. Many times I was able to have my car worked on with less than 24hrs notice. Several problems such as the A/C were fixed after other shops refused the jobs. I asked if someone could help me install it, and an employee named Zy (hopefully I'm spelling her name correctly!) helped me. She was awesome, so nice, friendly, and patient! I have a 2014 Toyota RAV4, and the plastic cover was on really tight, so it was pretty difficult to remove. She stuck with it and helped me get everything installed. A lot of businesses were forced to shut down. Not these guys. They didn't miss a beat. They kept the doors open, helped customers find exactly what they needed, and when the power went out, they went old-school--pen and paper, manually tracking transactions just to keep serving people. That's the kind of customer service you remember, especially when everyone is dealing with storm conditions. An auto parts store coming through when things break down? Talk about clutch. Tried to explain to the guy the best I could and he said he'd had the part ready for me on the side when I came. Came down a few minutes later and sure enough he had the part right there waiting for me and it was the correct part! Unfortunately, Chrisnina told us that we hadn't actually paid and that the transaction had been canceled and that she had only ordered the part. Since there wasn't any record in their system showing the cash payment, the three team members had to go back and forth trying to figure out what happened before they could help us. It was an awkward situation because we knew we had already paid, but there wasn't any proof of it in their system. Thankfully, they were eventually able to sort it out. I wish I could say today's visit was a smoother experience, but given the past two days of awkward interactions, with time, I can give this store another chance. I'm just hoping for a more comfortable shopping experience for us on our next visit.
