I'll give it to you straight: Sumida Auto came through for us…read more My Mercedes had no lighting issues before I took it to another local mechanic for an elective headlight upgrade. After incorrect parts were installed, I ended up with headlight problems and a malfunctioning turn signal. What should have been a simple upgrade became a whole headache. Thankfully, we brought the car to Sumida. After careful diagnosis, they delicately replaced the damaged parts and got everything working properly again. They took care of our car with the attention it deserved, and I truly appreciate that. No surprise up charge And detailed explanation on paper Big mahalo to the Sumida crew for helping us get this behind us.

I had issues with my car as it starts to get old and worn so I decided to take it down for a check because I have been ignoring it but my car keeps me in check with it's needs and after seeing the dealership doesn't have any opening for over a week I decided that it was time. Walked in without appointment but hoping to get one in a day or two was surprised that they'd take a look at it and left my car there for the day only to find out that something was loose and just needed an adjustment which thankfully was an easy fix (for them) and it was ready to go the very same day...woohoo! Juan and his team is just amazing and the price of having your car taken care of is priceless on the road and to know that you have the team here that are knowledgeable and kind took great care of my stress level and I'm now able to drive with confidence. Thank you!

When I ran into trouble, Stewart was able to recommend a towing company that offered a great price compared to other services I looked into. I had my car towed to the shop around 10 AM, and the team got right to work. They replaced the starter and also proactively detected a coolant leak and low coolant levels, which they quickly fixed and refilled. Stewart is honest and dependable, which is hard to find in auto repair. I know I can trust him with my vehicle and will definitely continue coming to Stewart's for all my future car service needs.

This review is being posted PRIOR to the work being completed on my vehicle…read more Im leaving the review with the disclaimer, that it may change. Only reason that im leaving it early is because so far, ive gotten amazing service. I am leaving a review for Mazda as well. My car is currently being worked on by SH Fender in Kaka'ako. I drive a Mazda SUV, newer model. I noticed the the roof had some bubbling happening. If you know anything about paint, you know that bubbling can only mean that you'll be in a world of debt if you let it keep going. Now, being that my car is newer, I was shocked to see the paint and roof already starting to rust. I dont take my car to the beach. I dont park at construction sites. I dont throw bird poop at it. Luckily for me, this job is being covered by the paint warranty offered by Mazda. Go me! Anyway, I dropped my car off at Mazda and it was quick to head over to SH. SH was also quick to start it -- I know this because on the same day, I got a call requesting for the key to remove my roof racks (that I stupidly forgot to hand over). That being said, after doing some research, I was super happy that SH was responsible for my car since they have excellent reviews and a friend of mine has used them before. If I could have repainted the roof black, I would have, hahaha, but I assume they'll do an amazing job on the polymetal grey. P.S. SH guys, if you want to get that scratch off my front bumper, feel free to do so HAHAHA.
