Steve at City Bike Shop went so far out of his way to assure that my bike buying experience was the best that I don't have room here to mention it all. The success of my family's Iceman weekend rested squarely in Steve's hands and he delivered (literally) on all counts. He even went as far as letting me borrow his personal Thule rack because I had an old one that shouldn't be used for a carbon frame. The guy that got brought in from a different shop for the job didn't do hardly anything, and marked the job as completed then split. And the work that was done was completely shoddy. However, the regular crew offered me a discount and free upgraded tune up to make up for it. The guys took turns really going above and beyond to make things right and are very trustworthy. The employees at the Garfield location have always done the best work and offered friendly service. Highly recommended!
