Matt and Doug navigated us through our transition to the newer model with patience and personal attention resulting in us taking possession of our new bikes. Both personable, experienced and technical guys who get you on the right bike along with a pleasant experience. 2. Our Urtopia bikes are fantastic bikes. There are two carbon generations to look at. Each provides an experience for different needs. I recommend you research both. The Leelanau Trail was inches away from the shop which was incredibly convenient. The trail is a delightful mix of shade and sun, and very well maintained. The heft of the bike made taking off a little bit of a challenge. So when trying to cross one of the many roads that bisect the trail it was a little stressful trying to get myself moving quickly. The bike did have a large saddle bag that held my water bottle and could have held a book, bathing suit, lunch, etc if I had been riding to the Suttons Bay beach (which is what I'll do next time!).
