Service Service…read moreService Second year in a row we rented e-bikes here. Great selection of bikes that are new and well-maintained. The owner helped us get situated. I could tell that people come here for the service touch, just the way it should be. We had a small delay in the shop and then our hotel would not let us overnight our bikes inside so we had to take the bikes back. The owner offered to come open early to let us get our bikes out for a morning ride. Price was reasonable. Tons of trails in Traverse City. Rentals come with a helmet, lock and charger if you keep it overnight. We rented four bikes and had a great time. We will be back in 2027.

The Leelanau Trail was inches away from the shop which was incredibly convenient. The trail is a delightful mix of shade and sun, and very well maintained. The bike was in good shape and pretty fun to ride. My only complaints are the weight of the bike and no easily accessible water bottle holder. The heft of the bike made taking off a little bit of a challenge. So when trying to cross one of the many roads that bisect the trail it was a little stressful trying to get myself moving quickly. The bike did have a large saddle bag that held my water bottle and could have held a book, bathing suit, lunch, etc if I had been riding to the Suttons Bay beach (which is what I'll do next time!).
