However, if you consider yourselves professional repair specialists, I doubt even you would be satisfied with the current level of exterior repair. The more I think about it, the more I feel that your repair service was unacceptable. I am not satisfied with the work done, and I would like to request a refund for the incomplete and improper repair.

Excellent service and great patience for my situation and my schedule to drop it off and pick it up. After reaching out to at least 6 different collision centers, their price fit my budget. Ended up taking the car back damaged and settling for a lower amount from the shop. Currently having the car re-repaired(finding a shop to do rework is almost impossible) turns out the car has more work/damage than it originally went in with, about 10k in repairs from a rear corner panel job, 80 of the car had overspray, horrible tape lines, interior damaged from improper window installation. Had to replace most of window trims around the car from razor knife gouges, the list is never ending it seems. Mechanically they repaired the car properly as far as I can tell. I won't be returning to this shop, even for the free oil changes promised for the inconvenience and botched job. Check out how much/thick the body filler is!

Filing a full insurance claim felt shortsighted, and going for a complete factory-level repair didn't make sense financially for a vehicle I was about to let go. I reached out to Plan B Collision, and Steve and his outstanding team stepped up in a big way. The car looks almost like it was, but at a fraction of what a full repair would have cost. Many shops would have turned down a job like this because it wasn't the biggest payout, but Steve and his crew treated me like a priority customer the entire time (even when I was openly trying to be budget-conscious ). Their creativity, skill, and genuine care made all the difference.
