I was told the price would be $300 for 2 hours of work (minimum charge). I agreed and said I would pay cash. (Receipt attached). When the crew arrived, we successfully moved the 2 motorcycles. However, the safe needed to be emptied first, which would take 15-20 minutes, and it was physically blocked by the motorcycles, so it couldn't have been moved beforehand. As soon as I told the guys to wait a little, their manager began calling me nonstop from different numbers, insulting me, threatening me, and demanding more money, saying they couldn't wait. At that point, they had only been at my address for 20 minutes total (screenshot of the repeated calls attached). I reminded him that I had already agreed to pay for 2 hours of work. Instead of honoring the agreement, he continued to threaten me personally, saying he would come and "deal with me." In the end, I even offered to pay the workers right away so they would see I am an honest customer. But after taking my money, they simply drove away, refusing to move the safe. I was forced to hire other helpers to finish the job myself. Avoid this company at all costs. They are racketeers and scammers.

The paint jobs were done lazily and i could see the flaw's at night ( looked like 97 cent krylon from wal-mart ). Get your body work done elsewhere. Here's what happened, this place picked up my car from flying J in Franklin KY. ( were I parked they called it abandoned ). Well I was in 3 days after it was taken to there lot. Well upset as most people would be about unexpected bills and no way to know how much they are I was not pleasant on the phone and they weren't helpful either not knowing how long they had it. After I found a ride to there shop I called back to say I was on my way to get my truck and he said he didn't have to come in until Monday because that's when the office opens again. Of coarse that meant there would be 2 more days storage fees. His hours on here are 24 as you can clearly see. The Portland police even said they can't help and make them come in so I can recover my property either ( taken without my permission I might add ). After learning how railroaded I was, I called back and said are you coming or not, and he said he would be there in 45 minutes ( and said nothing of fees for opening on Saturday over the phone, whats worse 2 more days storage fees or your fee for opening on the weekend stupid ). Well about an 75 to 90 minutes later and 45 minutes to an hour of waiting in there parking lot ( I was 15 minutes early , i wish i could have charged him detention for being late ) they showed up, in 3 classic cars like they had been out at a car show and I can just wait, screw the customer ( unfortunately I had to pay to get my car so now I'm am the customer right ). He wouldn't even cut me any slack on storage fee's either, I asked about moral compasses and he said I must be talking about flying J, and I said you don't have to charge me all your fee's, to which he arrogantly said he stored it for me, to which I said I didn't ask you to and that sure put a sock in his ignorant mouth!
