As much as I would like to give a review on performance, I cannot. Kurt was way too busy for me. I got a message from him on Thursday wanting more information about our issue. So, I texted him on Friday. He said he was at a basketball game and was too busy to talk to me, but he would give me a call on Monday. So, after not hearing from him all day Monday, I texted him at 4:30 and he said he was replacing his hot water heater.
