Made several attempts to contact Jacob to deliver vehicle with no response after 10/24/2020. After I moved to Florida Jacob finally contacted me on 12/21/2020 explaining he had plumbing issues in his old house and requested I bring vehicle back from Florida at my expense. When I explained this was not feasible Jacob refused to refund deposit for vehicle that was never in his possession. Have spoken to several customers about Milestone and this is a routine practice with him. I was fortunate the he did not take delivery on my Camaro. Several previous customers I spoke with said he double charged for work never performed.
