The next day, they call me and say my appointment is scheduled on xxx day!!! I authorized no such appointment to be made. This is a sleazeball tactic to pressure an unwitting customer into using their overpriced services. This company is sleazy. Avoid at all costs. After check was written and handed over Jacob explained he would be having a Halloween party on 10/24/2020 with several hundred guests during Covid Lockdown. Delivery of vehicle would need to be made after the party. Check that was supposed to be held until delivery of vehicle was deposited on 10/21/2020 even though Milestone did not have vehicle due to their conflict. Made several attempts to contact Jacob to deliver vehicle with no response after 10/24/2020. After I moved to Florida Jacob finally contacted me on 12/21/2020 explaining he had plumbing issues in his old house and requested I bring vehicle back from Florida at my expense. When I explained this was not feasible Jacob refused to refund deposit for vehicle that was never in his possession. Have spoken to several customers about Milestone and this is a routine practice with him. I was fortunate the he did not take delivery on my Camaro. Several previous customers I spoke with said he double charged for work never performed. If you call inquiring about your vehicle he removes random parts and rolls it outside to give the appearance work is being done when it has not.

I made an appointment for the next morning at 11:30am working around my work schedule and unfortunately dr appointment due to being injured in the accident itself. I was talking with the receptionist when Cecilia came out interrupting me and the receptionist to ask her "what are we getting for lunch" then got an attitude when told that I was there for my scheduled walkthrough for my car and stormed off and came back with a still nasty attitude. I tried to brush it off but she kept on being ugly. I pointed out that Mud was caked into the interior of my car, on the dash, wheel, gearshift, floorboard, and my cloth seats that was not there prior to them having custody of my car to which she very rudely told me that it was the wrecker service that had my cars fault. I responded to her that I saw my cars prior to them having custody of it and it was clean as I am a clean freak with my car. She then proceeded to almost shout at me that I would have to take it up with my insurance if I expected my car to be clean just as I left it prior to them having a towing company take my car to them when they returned it. I even signed up for text messages updates which I did not get & had not heard from then since receiving the quote and when I called 5 weeks later demanding an update pretty heated they said my car was in paint and expected to be ready in time and I had "opted out of message updates" which is BS since I never got them in the first place even though I signed my name by "send me text message updates. Cecilia would then call me and give me an update after chewing her out for it and tell me the same thing 3 days apart and call it an update. My car was also delayed twice in regard to being picked up. When I finally had the clear to pick my car up, I had my mother come with me since I had no car after returning a rental car that I had to pay out of pocket for. Cecilia ran away as soon as she saw me come in then came back later to walk me through my car after being told I will not pay nor sign anything until I see my car and was nice only when my mother was present. As soon as she was alone with me again to look at my car Cecilia was extremely rude once again. My car was not fixed correctly the 1st time and had to be brought back due to it making a squeaking sound and a clanking noise as well. And apparently I was not the only one as there were a couple that had to bring back their car at the same time Save yourself the time and hassle and don't even bother going here. If you get Cecilia she is a B***h, especially if you are young (I am 22 for reference), and ask for someone else completely. Caliber Collision (I used the one located in Mt. Juliet) is not someplace I will ever go to willingly if I knew any of this beforehand.

Imagine my surprise when I go to pick up my car, and they assure me that they "cut the bumper up" just like it was. Their defense? It was pre accident condition. Hence why i MENTIONED it when I called and noone, not once, called to ask me if I wanted them to CUT APART a BRAND NEW body part. This place used to be great, but under the new management. It blows.

They lied to the insurance company about contact with us. They even told the insurance company that we had an appointment with them when we were not even in town! Upon first visit, they advised us that they "over-estimate" the amount of the repair because it is easier than getting more repair money approved. $15,000 turned into $22,000 because they want to charge the insurance company to repair THEIR screw up. We even had to show the condition before the repair to prove it wasn't repaired correctly. (Good thing we had pictures prior to the wreck-which wasn't even our fault). No such thing and guaranteed or warranteed work with this company. Needless to say, we will contacting an attorney.
