They say most places don't do the work properly and we asked how they would do it - afterward, I asked a few places how they would make the fix we need, and these other places said the same things. They also talked about how they only need the vehicle for 3-5 days and most places don't have availability and take the car for 2-3 weeks. I've communicated directly with about 10 spots and they all had availability in the coming week as well as taking the car for just 3 days. I know this is a sales technique, and I don't appreciate it. Not the honest way to conduct a business.

Chris at CarCare said "I like a challenge, let's see what we can do". He took it for a few days and was able to completely resolve my issue and i was able to use my warranty to cover the costs! Staff at CareCare are extremely friendly, they are clear in thier communications, and seem to be very intentional in finding resolutions to people's issues.
