Complete re-roofing which was done professionally and on time. Highly recommend Ridgeline Exteriors.

Dealing with the owner directly, Extremely poor communication. He was suppose to show up multiple times and never did.... No call or text indicating he wasn't coming... But was quick to cash the deposit... Requested copy of contract emailed to me, and took 2 weeks to send paperwork... Noticed an omission in contract and he took another 3 weeks to send corrected contract, all the while said he would start the job and then never follow thru... Had to threaten we were going to contact a lawyer if no contract was forwarded. When they finally showed up, 9 weeks later, he had sub contracted the job to another party... I stopped to check progress and I was asked by the sub contractor for payment for previous jobs... Indicating the 3rd party didn't even know who he was working for... Never got any warranty paperwork... This was the second time I used them (shame on me but was hoping first time was a fluke). First time I used them, Bid the job in July and I indicated that needed work was urgent as I had an active leak, Staining on ceiling. I was assured they would be there in a timely manner ( most likely early September) When it came time for the work date they delayed 7 weeks... By then roof leak caused full failure of ceiling sheet rock.. causing me additional cost. Owner agreed to lessen $1000 but was still a major hassle. His saleman Curtis, is a salesman of broken promises... They could have at least sent a crew to replace the area of leak, a dormer, (as Curtis said they would) and then returned for main roof... Job sites were left a mess, nails in driveway (resulting in two flat tires) , workers left beverage cups, snack wraps and trash blowing around property. Despite having a construction trailer on site, they filled my trash barrels with construction waste... NO PRIDE. read more

I paid them for a job in April 2021. The owner's daughter has a very sweet and professional demeanor. And she has promised numerous times to get the job done. She sounds most sincere. However we are now in November 2022 and there has been absolutely no attempt to complete the portion of the job that remains undone. I drove to their office which is a warehouse with closed garage doors and a very large lock bolted to the entry door. read more

Ridgeline replaced a roof and 3 skylights on our garage. Everyone was very helpful and professional and they did a great job.

Signed a contract with them in march of 2019 for windows and gutters. I also gave them a deposit if $4400. The company rep told me 4-6 months due to back log. The owner called me and said it was 4-6 weeks. I did not hear from them all summer. I emailed in September 2019 for an update. After two additional unanswered emails, i left a message for the company rep again with no answer. I emailed the rep and the companies main email (wanted to document everything) saying we were done and I wanted my money back. The owner called me and, after saying its my fault they didn't contact me or get the job done, said he could get the windows in a week after measuring. We needed window so i gave them a chance. The original rep came out to measure for windows. Three weeks later and I didn't hear anything. I emailed all parties and said I was done. On November 21st, I received a voicemail from the original rep saying he couldn't find workers, he was sorry and I'd have my money in a week. It is now March 5th 2020, I have STILL not gotten my deposit back after many promises to do so. We'll see if I see my deposit before I start reporting them to every city and state agency's that will listen and sue them for my deposit. read more

We had a roof installed less then a year ago, that began leaking. We called multiple times, and on two occasions we were given a date for them to come, and they never came or called to let us know they weren't coming. It's been months that the roof has been leaking, and at least a month since we last heard from them. read more

A+. I got bids from the 3 biggest and best roofers in the area. Ridgeline Exteriors gave me the lowest bid (yay!), the best materials, the best warranty, the earliest date to do the job, the most clear and detailed contract, the quickest skylight acquisition, and the only promise to complete the work in one day. In addition, they were the most conscientious and professional. They followed through on everything!! Their workmanship was excellent (I used to be a roofer), their cleanup was superb (I'm very picky), they worked extremely hard, and they were very courteous. The crew had an excellent foreman, but the company kept a corporate representative onsite too. That they completed the work in one day is amazing, since (1) our house is large, (2) we have four chimneys, two of which are stone, (3) we had some rotten plywood, (4) daylight was short because it was January, (5) it was below freezing the entire day, (6) they had to remove snow from the roof, (7) they had to remove the old roof, (8) I had a satellite antenna to be uninstalled and re-installed, and (9) I had a skylight to be replaced. No hidden charges - I paid what I expected. I hit the jackpot. read more

I called them for some urgent roof work related to a leak and talked directly to an individual who asked me to leave a voicemail at the same number with my details and that they would call me back soon to schedule an appointment. I did so, waited several days, and never heard from anyone related to the company at all. I would have understood if they had told me they were currently too busy to take me on as a client but to ignore me completely after doing what they specifically asked of me is extremely unprofessional. I hope others utilizing their services were treated better than I, but I will not use nor recommend them to anyone in the future because of this interaction (or rather, lack thereof). read more

They showed up on the first day. Only a few issues, such as the workers did not speak English, save one. Other than DROPPING a pneumatic nail gun off the roof, nothing happened. They stripped it & covered it. That was a Friday. They returned on Monday & I expected it to go off w/o a hitch. I WAS WRONG!!. They stripped the old roof off & the old roof deck had a lot of holes. Instead of replacing it or even attempting to patch where the holes were, they began rolling out the tarpaper and that's when I stopped them. I called Ridgeline & told them that if they did not send an actual supervisor to my home immediately THAT SPOKE ENGLISH that I was pulling his crew off the roof & hiring another roofing contractor to finish it correctly at their expense. Eventually, the job was done, but it was patchy at best! I was also VERY unimpressed with their language whilst on the jobsite (MY HOME/PROPERTY). I speak enough Spanish to know swearing when I hear it. OH, and I had to REMIND them to VENT THE ROOF!! I paid for that service & purchased the material. I waited while they finished capping it before I told them to pull all of those caps off & put the roof vent on and use NEW caps! I told them:"don't try to scam me by reusing the old ones that were now ruined." Then they asked me how many bundles of shingles I wanted left. (EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED ALL OF THE MATERIAL USED, they still took 5 or so bundles of shingle!! Why they did this is beyond me, but I said 5 just to get them off my property! In short, they do very shoddy work, are very unprofessional and I would NEVER consider hiring them to do so much as roof a doghouse as I don't feel they could do so correctly or professionally!!!! (I'm still finding roofing nails all around my home!!) read more
