They came to look at it and put it back together, but once again fell apart because the fence is held together with metal screws going into the vinyl wood look pieces. This is because the lengths of the sections are not equal to what the metal cross bar is so, instead of fixing the problem the installers attached the metal crossbars into the vinyl fencing. We have requested several times for them to fix the problem. They are now blaming it on the product manufacturer and last winter said they are waiting to hear from them to 'work with the owner' We have not heard from the fence company nor the manufacturer of the fence. It is quite obvious we are stuck with this awful fence. Please don't hire this fence company for any type of fence. They are not willing to be accountable for their mistakes. It cost us over 4k for this fence that is an embarrassment.

The first light that was inoperable, was within a year of installation and Dan was able to fix it. This second year, four of the lights became inoperable. Dan's business said they would come out to the house to assess. They failed to appear. I contacted them again and they apologized and indicated they would come out ....to no avail. Seems unprofessional to say you will do something and just no show. Certainly would consider this if you are considering utilizing their services.

We eventually selected Dover Roofing's very reasonable estimate to remove the old shingles and replace them with new GAF asphalt shingles. We could not be any more pleased with Dover Roofing and their entire team. From Ryan, who gave us a very detailed estimate, to Savannah, to the entire removal/installation unit (10 very conscientious people) and Tyler, the big boss! Everyone was the epitome of "old school service and job dedication" and strived to see the work was done right. Also, (and very important) Dover Roofing did not find any problems that "had to be fixed" at an additional cost like so many other roofing companies do. Dover Roofing's prices are very reasonable. Banged out my roof and detached garage in one day! Think it was 9 or 10 people getting the job done! Funny, friendly staff, but work their Asses off! My roof was long over due. It now looks incredible(night and day), clean up was mint! Honestly can't give this company more praise! They have got it down and know what they are doing! They did not meet their stated completion date and we had to move in with construction going on for another couple of months! The project start date was delayed two months as well. Some of their work was done well but other things were not, and we requested them to be corrected when significant. When they were nearly finished, they started balking at correcting errors and demanding more money, and that is when we stopped the project with a few tasks left uncompleted. At times they behaved professionally and polite and other times they would act insulted and angry with our requests for corrections or additions ignored.

Due to the demolition required to build the stairs, we asked if they could begin that process when we left for an 8 day vacation in January. He agreed and after meetings to tighten up the design and engage his plumber we trusted our home to Gage and his team and left. Before we left he told us he not only planned on building the stairs but basically completing the entire job! While we were gone we got consistent updates, pictures and videos of the progress. When we got back the job was 99% complete. He gave us time to figure out if there were any adjustments to make and took care of our requests. They do good work on an aggressive schedule.
