We settled on an aluminum fence, to maintain as much of the view as possible. A custom design takes a very long time, especially during these difficult times. Anchor was very honest about these wait times. In the end, the job was only pushed back a month from what we originally anticipated. Anchor explained that was the result of rain delay. Due to the demolition required to build the stairs, we asked if they could begin that process when we left for an 8 day vacation in January. He agreed and after meetings to tighten up the design and engage his plumber we trusted our home to Gage and his team and left. Before we left he told us he not only planned on building the stairs but basically completing the entire job! While we were gone we got consistent updates, pictures and videos of the progress.
