The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! I also want to note that the friends we had over this past weekend made several comments on how nice our yard looked. We have had neighbors also comment and ask who cleaned our yard. I am so happy and so thankful for this amazing local company. Thank you CP PROPERTY SERVICES!! Looking forward to using you again in the future!! Our yard is sparkling clean!!

The service and outcome received by CKC Landscaping far exceeded my expectations. I worked with…read moreKenny to landscape an area of my property in Gorham that I had cleared of trees - leveling it out and seeding it and it came out beautiful. Kenny had strong communication skills from the start and was very transparent on the timeline and cost. He and his team were friendly and respectful while they diligently worked on the project. Additionally, Kenny easily and efficiently managed an issue that arose while working on the project and handled it all. After hydro seeding the area Kenny checked in several times to ensure the grass was growing in properly and provided tips to encourage and maintain growth. Kenny's commitment to the project, strong communication skills and quality work are just a few reasons of many reasons I highly recommend working with CKC Landscaping.

They are incredibly responsive, professional, and do an amazing job every time. Jack's quotes, proposals, and contracts are always transparent, fairly priced, and clearly outline the scope of work, which we really appreciate. He also does a great job communicating--sending emails ahead of time so clients know exactly what to expect before services begin and a newsletter to all clients as well. Anytime I've had a question, he typically responds within 30 minutes to an hour. This past weekend, his crew arrived around 7:30-8:00 AM to work on our yard and were extremely respectful and mindful of the timing, especially given the day of the week. I truly can't say enough positive things. Thank you, Jack and team!

Planted two trees a year ago, didn't bother planting them using a bag of nutrients I left next to the bushes. One looks to be dying already. Seeded an area, barely coved with seed. When I questioned it, they said the seed was buried below the topsoil. I added my own seed to areas I deemed not good enough. Their areas are bare, mine grew in fully. Laid mulch this spring, half down well, with the recommended 2-3 inches. Other half you laid so thin the dirt could be seen. It was like they ran out of mulch that day. Weeds appeared in less than a week. When I complained, two young men returned and laid maybe ONE inch of additional coverage. Weeds reappeared 2 weeks later. They are NOT cheap. Performance not worthy of the prices

We've worked with Jennifer, the owner of Full Circle Landscaping, for the past year. We are so…read moreimpressed by her knowledge, skills, and customer service. We planned a complete overhaul of our backyard and she was there at every stage. First, she helped us understand what plants we had. She spent an hour with us teaching us about them and how to prune them and take care of them. When it came time to start our major project, she came to our house multiple times to talk about how plants would be laid out, and she met with our patio contractor in person to coordinate their efforts. Eventually, Jennifer and her crew came to plant a bunch of items, add mulch, and generally spruce things up. She had great advice at every step. The cost for her services was extremely reasonable. She provided invoices by email and was very communicative. There were also multiple instances when she suggested how we might accomplish some tasks ourselves so that we didn't have to pay her for them. She's also just a nice person, including when she brought our newborn son a birthday card. The fact that this is a woman-owned business and she has an all-woman landscaping crew is just the icing on the cake. We will look forward to calling on her again in the future. This business, and Jennifer in particular, is a total gem in the world of home and outdoor service providers.
