The quote was very reasonable and his timing was perfect! He offered to come and complete the job with less than a week's notice (to meet the timeline I needed for a small get together to celebrate my husband's birthday outside in the yard). We have used 3 other companies in the past 3 years and CP PROPERTY SERVICES was by far the best service we have ever received. The GM, Mike and his team were polite, professional, friendly and went out if their way to make sure we were happy with their service and the results of their work. Mike walked around the house and went over what he was doing and then again when the job was complete. I can tell Chris, Mike and their entire team take a lot pride in their work and that is the type of company I want to do business with. I will continue to use them for years to come!! I also want to note that the friends we had over this past weekend made several comments on how nice our yard looked. We have had neighbors also comment and ask who cleaned our yard. We've worked with Jennifer, the owner of Full Circle Landscaping, for the past year. We are so…read moreimpressed by her knowledge, skills, and customer service. We planned a complete overhaul of our backyard and she was there at every stage. First, she helped us understand what plants we had. She spent an hour with us teaching us about them and how to prune them and take care of them. When it came time to start our major project, she came to our house multiple times to talk about how plants would be laid out, and she met with our patio contractor in person to coordinate their efforts. Eventually, Jennifer and her crew came to plant a bunch of items, add mulch, and generally spruce things up. She had great advice at every step. The cost for her services was extremely reasonable. She provided invoices by email and was very communicative. There were also multiple instances when she suggested how we might accomplish some tasks ourselves so that we didn't have to pay her for them. She's also just a nice person, including when she brought our newborn son a birthday card. The fact that this is a woman-owned business and she has an all-woman landscaping crew is just the icing on the cake. We will look forward to calling on her again in the future. This business, and Jennifer in particular, is a total gem in the world of home and outdoor service providers.

The lawn under my bushes was not mowed this summer, and several times there were weeds left growing in front of the hostas. Half of my front garden bushes weren't trimmed this year. We contacted them. They had no explanation and did nothing other than give us some lawn seed. we used it. The lawn burst into crab grass. Some of the lawn just died After the weeds were pulled by us. Some never came up. A complete mess. They did NOT stand behind their work. They were unresponsive. Do not use this company for landscaping. We have had to redo most of their work ourselves, after spending a lot of money with them to do this work.
