So, he called back demanding we cancel his policy and give him all his money back about 2 weeks later. We asked him to send the other policy to us so that we could verify that the effective date was the same as the one he purchased from us so that we could request from the insurance carrier we placed it with to flat cancel the policy which would mean we could get all of his deposit back ($205.21) for him.
