The driveway has been a sheet of ice EVERY TIME and I have gotten stuck and had to be towed twice!! I just received a phone call from my father who is now stuck in the driveway AGAIN with the locksmith and the tow truck is now stuck!!! They are all stranded waiting for a another tow truck!!! The response from Family Lawn Care: "We just plow...we aren't responsible for ice, sand or salt." However, they didn't mind charging my credit card every single time they "plowed and salted" my driveway. In fact, the last time this happened I spoke with the owner and he said that he would be right over with sand and salt to help. He never showed up. He also told me that he was waiting for the weather to warm up so he could get rid of the ice. On a unusually warm 45 degree day, I immediately called him and asked if he would work on the driveway that day and his response "well now the ice is too heavy because it has turned into slush." If I could give less than one star I would!!! Awful people!! DO NOT USE THEM

I finally called the third day and it was during the call that she checked and saw that I left a message. Secondly, I paid for the dumpster over the phone and then was told that I needed to go to their website to complete a contract form. It was there that I read that about 7 or 8 items were an additional charge in the $17 to $30 range. We ended having to transport 4 mattresses to our dump several towns away to avoid an additional $120. Thirdly, I just received a bill for $63 additional dollars for being over the weight limit of 2000lbs. It was about a third full, about 3 pieces of furniture, some wood and odds and ends from the house. There was no way it was even close to 2000lbs. I caution you greatly before entering into a contract with this company.
