I made them aware that the work they performed and the one small topsoil delivery was captured on my ring cameras and they stopped responding to my calls and texts. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint as well as a consumer complaint with the NH Attorney General. The company failed to respond to both of those complaints. While driving my daughter to school, we approached a merge where the traffic was alternating smoothly, until this van failed to yield as expected and deliberately pushed into our lane, forcing me off the road. This wasn't a misunderstanding or an accident, it was aggressive and dangerous. What escalated the situation further was what happened moments later at the stoplight. The driver, now positioned on my passenger side where my teenage daughter was seated, began shouting out his window directly at her. We couldn't hear everything he said, but given the context and tone, I can say with confidence it was completely inappropriate, especially for a minor. No adult should be yelling at a child under any circumstance. If this is how their employees conduct themselves on the road, with aggression, disregard for safety, and hostility toward minors, I would strongly urge anyone to think twice before doing business with them. If this level of judgment reflects how they operate as a company, I would not want them anywhere near my home, my family, or my property. This was serious enough that I am filing a police report. I hope the company addresses this behavior swiftly, before someone gets hurt.
