The lilac in particular needed expert pruning, it was a wonderful sight. It was full size with fantastic colors and its sweet and unique lilac scent. It was also clear its roots had become invasive. I enjoyed talking with Roberto about the things I could do to brighten my yard, he had such great ideas. I was excited and decided to go for it. We set a date and Roberto came right on time with a team of 5 wonderful employees. He had selected and bought all the plants about which we had talked. The owner, Santiago, came out on time to assess my trees. He gave a great quote and started immediately. Two of my trees were huge and rotted in the center. It was just a matter of time before they toppled over and took out several homes. The other two were small, but entangled with power lines. His team did a fantastic job managing the tree removals behind a sloping hill. No issues with surrounding property on my side or my neighbors. Also he was great responding to my last minute request to remove an overgrown forsythia. On the final day when I had another contractor on the property to work inside the house, he was professional when sharing my narrow driveway so both companies could get their work done. They didn't take half measures and used nice quality materials including crushed pea stone, and they fixed up the yard after all the excavation. The guys really treated the yard with respect and they displayed mannerly professionalism during the whole process, and solved our very big problem.
