This simply the post pandemic reality with a lot of construction materials. The downside, I received no phone call in advance telling me that he and his crew were showing up to my house. I woke Saturday morning to my wife telling me that there were men in the backyard. I grabbed my pistol, looked out the window, and sure enough, two men were in the yard. I looked out to the road and saw a truck with coastal landscaping on the side so I put my firearm away and went out to see them. They got started right away, and I. Four days I had a beautiful patio in my back yard. It took another four days to do the walkway with granite steps. In addition, they had to coordinate the walkway with some precast steps I was having delivered and installed. V&P went above and beyond to ensure that the new patio was installed correctly, and built to last for years. The communication was excellent. Victor kept me updated on the scheduling to complete the job. The crew showed up on time, were efficient, respectful of my property, and left the work area clean at the end of each day! Most importantly, I am confident that now that the job is complete, V&P will promptly address any issues that may arise in the future.
