YES, TEN AND A HALF TIMES. They made it sound like they were doing me a favor by reducing the bill by $100. I get it, they made a mistake on the estimate but they had a FULL YEAR to realize that it would be more and an OBLIGATION to inform me of the price change PRIOR to doing the work.
