I had a really frustrating experience with this company. I had someone come out to my property to…read morelook at the yard in person and give me a quote for a spring cleanup. While he was here, I pointed out everything I wanted included, specifically a small pile of dirt and rocks right near my shed that I wanted either removed or placed underneath the shed. After seeing the job in person, he gave me a price and I agreed. When the crew showed up, I was told that part was not included because it "isn't part of a spring cleanup." That made no sense to me because the whole reason someone came out was to see the exact work I wanted done before giving me a quote. I wasn't asking for something random after the fact. It was discussed before the price was given. What made it worse was the lack of communication. The worker tried reaching the person who quoted the job and couldn't get him. I called and was sent to voicemail, then texted and got no response. Mistakes happen, but ignoring a customer when there is a problem is not okay. A quote should mean something, especially when the job was looked at in person. I would be very careful using them unless every single detail is written down ahead of time.
