They installed the following on my 2024 Yeti SB140 LR: * Yeti SB140 - RideWrap Tailored Protection™ Frame Kit (Matte) * Fox 36 - RideWrap Tailored Protection™ Fork Kit (Gloss) The results? Absolutely Perfect! I've had frame and fork protection installed on my last six bikes, so I have some experience. My first two bikes were done with invisiFRAME®, which I installed myself - a challenging and time-consuming process. For my next three, I stuck with invisiFRAME® but had a local bike shop handle the installation. My sixth bike was protected by Fanatik Bikes in Bellingham, WA, using RideWrap®, and I have to say, while it's tough to compare directly, the RideWrap® PPF material feels more durable than invisiFRAME®. Out of the overall seven times that I had PPF installed on my bikes, the best job was done by the guys @ RideWrap® Santa Cruz, CA. Even though I had to make the drive from the East Bay Area twice (for drop-off and pick-up), it was completely worth it. No regrets at all! I'll 100% be bringing my next bike build to these guys. Ride Wrap's website customer support staff is basically non-existent. My experience with them was that, they collected over $140 worth of payment from me, and have failed to ship out the ordered products, or respond to customer support emails. My first order was marked for local pickup at the Santa Cruz location - after ordering, I realized that it's much faster for me to simply get the items shipped home, so I requested for an order cancellation. If I need to pay for a restocking fee, then so be it. But they had not responded to the cancellation request for over 2 weeks. My second order was marked for "ship to home" and my payment clearly included the shipping fee. Their fulfillment guy messed up and marked it for local pick up at Santa Cruz location. I had pointed this out in email and asked them to fix this - still no response. This brand is basically a sink hole for your money. Don't order from them. Make sure to report poor business practices to Federal Trade Commission. read more

Ordered a kit online my local auto wrap shop in Sf was not confident in executing the wrap... Booked an appt online dropped off my Turbo Levo to Matt and Fletcher and the next day got my bike back! My Turbo Levo is matte blk got a matte full kit and they installed it pefectly! Good value, excellent service well worth the trip from Sf to Santa Cruz, i enjoy driving on hwy 17! I have 3 experiences with Ridewrap. 1. Myself - No matter how hard I tried, it was terrible. 2. Local "Professional" - Paid someone to do a job better than I ever can, but the seams were crooked, and there were bubbles and stretch marks. 3. Official Ridewrap (Santa Cruz) - Spent the money to ship two frames and two forks, and spent less money paying Ridewrap Pro (Matt is extremely awesome) to install it to near perfection. When I got the frames and forks back from Ridewrap, I thought they didn't install anything on it. They did such a beautiful and near perfect job that I couldn't even tell that Ridewrap was installed. And the icing on the cake is that Ridewrap themselves charged less than supposed "local pros", and definitely less than what I would have spent having to replace poorly installed pieces of my failures if I continued the install myself. I was so impressed with the level of work, cost of labor, and overall customer service of Ridewrap that every single bike I own and will own in the future will go straight to Ridewrap before hitting the trails. read more

I recently had my bike wrapped here. The first attempt had multiple issues--the wrap was the wrong size and had bubbles. While they were willing to redo the work, the second experience was disappointing. A staff member was visibly angry, unprofessional, and made me feel like I were an inconvenience, despite the fact that the initial error was theirs. While I appreciate them redoing the work, the customer service was poor. I'd be cautious if you expect a high-quality job and a professional experience. read more

Received the incorrect wrap for OHLINS forks, Max told me its my fault and will give me a small discount to make up for their mistake. Product is of good quality and fit and finish. Problems are with the Customer Service side of the company... Recommended and will purchase again, make sure the order is correct as they will not return to make it fair. Expensive!! read more

I wanted the BEST frame protection for my new Canyon Spectral Mountain Bike and Ride Wrap Tailored Frame Wrap Kit was what every new bike owner should get. I went to the Ride Wrap Shop In Santa Cruz. For Carbon Frame Bikes this is what I consider a MUST !! The they come in three levels which I picked the highest level for my bike. I'd say it covers 90% of the exposed frame in all critical areas. The guys at the Santa Cruz shop did a FLAWLESS install !! For what todays MTB bikes are selling for why wouldn't you pay for the best protection available. It's guaranteed not to fade or yellow for 10 years. It comes in a Gloss or Matte for the best looking coverage as well. The hardest part for me was not riding my bike until I could get in installed. RideWrap is legit. I brought in my Specialized Enduro S-Works to get it wrapped. Matt Watts is at absolute professional. I was too chicken to wrap it myself and dropped it off and the MTB literally looks brand new. It's truly a skill to wrap the bikes. He is super knowledgeable, friendly and overall nice dude. I did not know MattWatts prior to coming down and I have not been given any discount for a review. With that said Matt Watts has been absolutely awesome throughout the process. He had timely email responses, was professional and passionate, and just an absolute good dude. I am so thankful I RideWrapped my bike. I forgot to load my bike onto my bike rack after a ride and ended up backing my car up into my bike. The huge scratches on my bike frame I found out was only limited to the wrap. The wrap completely protected my paint. The guys there were super helpful and re-wrapped my bike for $25 and were able to fit me in that afternoon I was there in Santa Cruz. My bike is just like new after getting re-wrapped. read more
