    Top of Bernal Heights SF...

Ordered a kit online my local auto wrap shop in Sf was not confident in executing the wrap... Booked an appt online dropped off my Turbo Levo to Matt and Fletcher and the next day got my bike back! My Turbo Levo is matte blk got a matte full kit and they installed it pefectly! Good value, excellent service well worth the trip from Sf to Santa Cruz, i enjoy driving on hwy 17! I would recommend if u want to protect your investment RideWrap is the TRUTH! TY again i plan to bring my 2nd bike and my new I9 wheels for protection also!!!

I have 3 experiences with Ridewrap. 1. Myself - No matter how hard I tried, it was terrible. 2. Local "Professional" - Paid someone to do a job better than I ever can, but the seams were crooked, and there were bubbles and stretch marks. 3. Official Ridewrap (Santa Cruz) - Spent the money to ship two frames and two forks, and spent less money paying Ridewrap Pro (Matt is extremely awesome) to install it to near perfection. When I got the frames and forks back from Ridewrap, I thought they didn't install anything on it. They did such a beautiful and near perfect job that I couldn't even tell that Ridewrap was installed. And the icing on the cake is that Ridewrap themselves charged less than supposed "local pros", and definitely less than what I would have spent having to replace poorly installed pieces of my failures if I continued the install myself. I was so impressed with the level of work, cost of labor, and overall customer service of Ridewrap that every single bike I own and will own in the future will go straight to Ridewrap before hitting the trails.

I wandered around for a bit and appreciated being able to browse on my own before heading back to the register to ask for help. I wanted to try on the Osprey Fairview and Sojourn packs with weight added so I could get a realistic feel for how they'd carry. I was directed to the fitting counter and met Kira -- and she is amazing. To give you an idea of how much she was juggling: she was already helping another customer with a backpack fitting, assisting me, and keeping an eye on two additional customers on the floor. Despite being clearly busy, she was calm, attentive, and intentional with each of us. She truly took the time to understand our individual needs and concerns. When I explained that I wanted to try the packs with added weight, she suggested going through a proper fitting to ensure the best ergonomic setup. While the Osprey fitting didn't go as planned Kira immediately shifted gears and offered an alternative option without hesitation. She was incredibly supportive, validating, and encouraging throughout the entire process. What could have been a disappointing experience turned into a positive one because of her empathy and professionalism. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone needing backpack fitting support or guidance. She went above and beyond -- truly exceptional customer service. Please give her a raise. She absolutely deserves it.

We had a fantastic time with Cathy on our tour of Carmel by the Sea. They have a few different…read moretours so make sure you know which one you booked as all start from the same place and (from what I could tell...) same time. Cathy actually texted me the night before to introduce herself and provide a few instructions and tips. A key tip is bring water and a small back pack or fanny pack to put the bottle in. The bikes don't all have baskets and the baskets don't hold things very well. So you might also bring a small bungee cord to keep things "in the basket" should you get a bike with a basket. Check in was a breeze. The most "difficult" part of the whole tour was finding helmets that fit and sizing the bike seats There were 6 in our tour. We left right on time at 10 and got back at 12:45. We stopped multiple times for photo ops and to look at different properties. We even got to walk through the La Playa hotel which is a beautiful property! I loved seeing and learning about the Comstock homes and the fact that the homes in Carmel by the Sea do not have street addresses. (They will soon as a new reg has passed that every property now needs a proper address... Not just a name.) All in all, I had a wonderful time and enjoyed the tour very much. I don't ride bikes often anymore as an adult and this was the first time riding an E-Bike. The learning curve is easy once you know the difference between Eco, Sport and Turbo. I enjoyed it and it made the tour almost effortless. Highly recommend Mad Dogs! Note....the coffee shop is just up around the corner. You cannot access it directly from the bike shop.
