    Support your local family owned businesses! About the store: This place is small but they have a lot of parts and accessories that you need! No bullshit parts just quality parts and extra parts you NEED. They also sell helmets and other riding gear as well. Buying experience: John Sr. gave me no BS and was just full of knowledge. He suggested parts and let me choose mods that would be best for the riding I will be doing. They made me feel like I was home and we chatted for a few hours regarding people we knew, trails and places we have rode, and just about life in general. Price: I definitely got the best deal for my new KTM 6 days compared to other places in the Bay Area. Let's just say with all the parts I got, other dealers wouldn't even come close by a few bills. Pick up day: My 6 days was still in the crate and was not set up yet when I first went in. They gave me a timeline on when it would be complete and they followed through. John Sr and Jr stayed way past closing hours because of the crazy traffic on 17 (due to the mudslides and road closures). They were more than willing to stay and did not harass me for coming late! John Sr and Jr helped me load her up. All in all, I was so happy when I picked up the 2017 6 days, I didn't know what to do and gave John Sr a hug . I'm not sure how he felt about that but he definitely made me feel like family!

    **good old boys who love motorcycles: doing quality work at fair prices. **old school locals! rad!! **the negative reviews are from some city boys who don't know how to appreciate the true grit of age, experience, foul language, and whiskey. they'd be better off to go to a big dealership or a fancy-pants shop for city boys!

    Great service and friendly. Bought my first KTM here little over a month ago. Give them a call every once and a while to ask question about my bike and they haven't failed yet to provide great feed back. I would definitely suggest to purchase your bike there. Keep up the good work.

    John was amazing to deal with. The whole staff was very helpful and made me feel like I was a valued client. I have never bought a brand new bike (except my son's 50) from a dealer and I was extremely satisfied. John explained all of my options and really allowed me time to make an educated decision. Thank you!!!

    Super affordable, kind great amazing service. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my bike fixed up. Always great service 10/10 recommend

    Thank you so much to the crew at SCCS. They researched my warranty to get me the best price on a…read morenew motor. Then on the second ride on the new motor, the rear hubshell gave out while on remote trail. I only had to push my bike uphill, everything else worked and I could coast on the downhill sections. If you know,... a new hubshell is equal to, just get a whole new wheel. The crew know me, I'm a disabled veteran on a fixed income. Mountain biking helps with the PTSD. Anyway, they are getting me the best price they can, and one mechanic will donate his time to complete the repair. They are a great group of people and really look out for us veterans. While my bike is in the shop, they are loaning me a bike to ride with the @veteransmtb (instagram) group of US Veterans on 3/21. THANK YOU SCCS.

    Purchased my Specialized Vero February of 2025 & had over 600 miles on it by September of 2025, not…read moretoo many, but a good an out for just riding locally. I had four occasions that my chain would detached while riding, sometimes at night & in the middle of know where, & once during the day which was more doable. However, the fact that it happened time & time again was absolutely ridiculous & flustering beyond belief. Now this is where it gets good for a five star review! Eric was the man & among others who fixed my bike, yet James was the man who was on top of it all! I seriously appreciate his communication, trail & errors with fixing the bike, maxing out each idea to figure out what the heck is going on with my bikes chain. He ended up change my chain to a new one, changed the gears, which both were like butter after they worked on it! LOVED THE NEW DRIVE OF SWITCHING GEARS. He also changed out another mechanism & don't recall the name of it. Nonetheless, my bike rides even better than when I first bought it & cannot thank Eric & James for their work ethic & costing me zero dollars, because of the warranty. Nevermore, I hope Specialized reimburse the business since they had many faults with their products. Not sure the brands they used on my bike, but I am a HAPPY CAMPER now! Thank you all for making it right!
