We had to call him mid November apparently he was ill .....hospitalized but we were never called informed by office. He finally came by and laid different traps stated he would be back in a week . We have been trying to call , email since December 1st with no call back or email response . As stated above we paid in full and he has blown us off ......unacceptable !!!
