He was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and professional and did not rush the visit at all. We were so impressed with his service that we would love to have Cameron as our regular technician going forward. He is an asset to Guardian Pest Control!

We hired Guardian to treat our brand-new apartment for ants. Unfortunately, the technician used…read moreequipment that had not been properly cleaned, causing the spray to leave drip lines and stains all over our freshly painted walls, the floor, doors and cabinetry. To their credit, they returned and attempted to clean the damage, but they were unable to remove the stains. They acknowledged that the damage was their responsibility and agreed to pay for the apartment to be repainted. Months later, despite repeated follow-up, we have still not been compensated. It's incredibly disappointing that a company would admit fault, promise to make things right, and then fail to follow through. Accidents happen, and I understand that. What matters is how a company responds. Unfortunately, Guardian's customer service after the damage occurred has been far more frustrating than the original mistake. I cannot recommend a company that does not stand behind its commitments.

When I called and the phone was answered by the business owner's wife (on a Saturday), who answered all of my questions in a very professional fashion, without sounding annoyed, but actually happy to have my business. She assured me all my concerns would be taken care of immediately. The next day as promised Mr. Moran and his son were at my house, got the job done, and guaranteed his work. Their was no up-selling and handled all the problems I had in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend Moran Pest Control to all my family and co-workers for a reliable and inexpensive pest control service. Thanks again to Mark and Tim!!

Five stars because he was honest and said that since there were not many of them, the best thing to do would be to just patch the existing holes and maybe use a perimeter spray. Another guy we had come from another company was going to charge over $500. When I read about carpenter bees after Mark left, I saw he was right (and the other guy would have ripped us off). I am sure we will have wasp nests or some other future problem and we will be calling Mark for sure!

We started the tick control because of our grandchildren playing in the yard, it must work, they have been out there playing for years and we have yet to see a tick on either of them. My husband used to have ticks on him regularly after finishing yard work. The bonus has been the limited number of spiders and ants that show up in my house. We do not even see spiders in the winter. The service is professional, the owner is responsive, available to answer questions and just overall a very genuine and kind person. I am happy to support a local small business owner. P.S. I so appreciate the additional attention given to spraying around the pool during the summer. Thank you, Rob, for all you do to make my life BUG FREE!

Tech Sean Brady arrived at the house, inspected the nest and provided a detailed teaching as to why the nest is unlikely a danger or an emergency as we initially thought prior to getting educated by Sean. He explained that if he sprays the nest, it can take up to 24 hours for the hornets to calm down, and he asked whether I have plans to host people in my house during that time, which I did - I was having a big gathering in my backyard a few hours later. Tech Brady provided me with different options, so I was able to make an informed decision. He was very professional, honest and caring - as a person that worked in healthcare I can say that many medical professionals are not as professional with their customers. I would like to thank Guaranty and Tech Sean Brady, and I will definitely call them up with any pest problem I have in my house in future.
