We had to call him mid November apparently he was ill .....hospitalized but we were never called informed by office. He finally came by and laid different traps stated he would be back in a week . We have been trying to call , email since December 1st with no call back or email response . As stated above we paid in full and he has blown us off ......unacceptable !!! Joe made sure to spray for birdmites, install proper insultation to fill the hole, AND reattached the proper covering so critters can't access it to begin with. The appointment was super easy to make (done via text, fantastic) & the price was ridiculously reasonable (also quoted via text with a picture). Rob was prompt, knowledgeable & shared not only info with us on the nesting habits of wasps, but he also let us see the inside of the nest when he was done (hub liked the thought but I was just sad....). We haven't had a problem since but if the need ever comes up again, we'll definitely give Cobra another call.

Every time they would send somebody to the house they never had the right product. It was always somebody new and they had no idea about where to spray and where to go and had to be walked through every single time. We eventually decided to cancel our contract and we are going to go with local service. I would never recommend this business to anyone.. For the technicians that did come to our property, if you don't have oversight on what they're doing, they won't barely spray anything or they don't know to apply the product properly and thoroughly. They do half assed jobs. The company management is even worse/ but it all starts at the top. Don't waste your money. With this company.
