Every time they would send somebody to the house they never had the right product. It was always somebody new and they had no idea about where to spray and where to go and had to be walked through every single time. We eventually decided to cancel our contract and we are going to go with local service. I would never recommend this business to anyone.. For the technicians that did come to our property, if you don't have oversight on what they're doing, they won't barely spray anything or they don't know to apply the product properly and thoroughly. They do half assed jobs. The company management is even worse/ but it all starts at the top. Don't waste your money. With this company.

For years now, RI Tick & Mosquito, has been treating our yard for mosquitos and ticks. Our house…read moreis surrounded by woods and wetlands in both the front yard and the back yard these treatments have made our yard so much more enjoyable. We started the tick control because of our grandchildren playing in the yard, it must work, they have been out there playing for years and we have yet to see a tick on either of them. My husband used to have ticks on him regularly after finishing yard work. The bonus has been the limited number of spiders and ants that show up in my house. We do not even see spiders in the winter. The service is professional, the owner is responsive, available to answer questions and just overall a very genuine and kind person. I am happy to support a local small business owner. P.S. I so appreciate the additional attention given to spraying around the pool during the summer. Thank you, Rob, for all you do to make my life BUG FREE!

We haven't had any more flying ants, and it's such a relief to have our peace of mind back. We truly appreciate Sergio's expertise and excellent customer service. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable pest control professional. Thank you again, Sergio!

Five stars because he was honest and said that since there were not many of them, the best thing to do would be to just patch the existing holes and maybe use a perimeter spray. Another guy we had come from another company was going to charge over $500. When I read about carpenter bees after Mark left, I saw he was right (and the other guy would have ripped us off). I am sure we will have wasp nests or some other future problem and we will be calling Mark for sure!

Ironically all that is left is the crabgrass and the lawn is dead in most areas of my front yard. Mike is unprofessional. When I complained and was going back and forth with him, he accused me of not watering my grass(which I do daily) and he texted that I was an a$$. He did refund me the remainder of my prepaid contract which was about 1/3 of what I paid. I do not recommend. I just had a new compant take over a week after I fired Mike and they found grubs which I is funny because I called 4Evergreen and told the secretary I thought I had grubs, and she said "grubs aren't out yet". And where he "treated for weeds", the grass is dead snd all the crabgrass and weeds were still there. I ended up having to pay another company to do what I had already paid Mike to do The entire company is horrible. And lastly Mike texted me that I was an ass thinking he texted someone else then tried covering THAT up with a lie as well. The guy has some serious issues.
