    Southwest Chicken Salad A+
    Jennifer J.

As always, food was delicious. This is one of our go-to's when family & friends come to visit. 6 of us ate and every person thought their food was delicious. That scallop poboy should be on the menu ALL THE TIME. It was amazing! My kiddo loved the Southwest Chicken Salad Special. My husband's Royal Rooster was as good as ever. Our family all loved their food too. Staff was great. The cozy converted gas station sets a great hometown vibe. We always have a great experience. Thank you for continuing to WOW us with how awesome you are! Never change!

Wow wow wow!!! This place is always stellar. This is the Brunch apothecary's sister restaurant (located in Dacula, another must try brunch spot!) and once I heard that, I knew I had to run over here. Ambiance: smaller homey space with limited parking. Service: not bad, very attentive, nothing out of the ordinary. Food: delicious, flavorful, just the right amount of creativity. I had the ahi tuna sandwich special. It had seaweed salad, pineapples and a sauce. It was the perfect amount of flavors that complemented each other. Overall this place is such a win! It's a must try.

We went at 3 PM for a late lunch, early supper, so we were seated promptly. We asked what the vegetable of the day was, and there were 3: Cole slaw, salad, or sweet potato tater tots sprinkled with cinnamon sugar. My husband got their Royal Rooster chicken sandwich with salad, and I got a Cuban sandwich with salad. (Sandwiches come with house-made chips, so getting a different side comes with a small up charge.) The salad was enormous, but very good! We've been to Rico's many times, and still enjoy the colorful photos on the wall. The service was great, and we'll of course be back again soon!

I LOVE their specials! This blackened Salmon on saffron rice was perfection! It's offered some days as a special. We got a seat outside I was a beautiful day. We also got the Chicken Cuban with the house chips. Always a favorite from their regular menu.

Ok , on our way to the mountains we wanted something different ! Found them on YELP! Man this place is FIRE! The fried green tomatoes were great as was the Hungarian Goulash soup! The Hummingbird drink was great if you like Lavender Simple Syrup. My wife does so she liked it - I don't so it still tastes like soap to me as all things lavender and cilantro do! But she enjoyed hers. My IPA Ace Pear Cider was great! The portions are not ridiculous but large for a semi-gourmet class of food. If you're within 10 miles I highly recommend it... maybe 20! AND!!! (Drum roll please!) They were sold out of all desserts except... my wife's favorite... Crème Brûlée !

We absolutely love Rico's world kitchen, and it is our go to! The fried green tomatoes are soo good as are the lumpia and chicken sandwich. We drive from Loganville just to grab their food and it is so worth it. I do not care for their desserts but the food is great without adding any additional seasoning. At this point we have tried most of the menu and I can only complain about the dessert. So worth it! The servers are fast and efficient and the location is the cutest cozy spot ever.

Wednesday Lunch. We enjoyed being back here again. Our waitress was very good for lunch. We got there as they opened at 11 and walked right in. She had the french onion soup and I had the strawberry salad with grilled shrimp added. That salad was very tasty, fresh, and cold. We enjoyed being here again.

It was absolutely adorable. The food was amazing and the server was nice . Parking kind of sucked if you drive a pick up truck there's no room. You could park at the church if you have to but everything else was really nice.

Soooooo yummy!! You can definitely tell a Chef runs this place... you really can't wrong with anything on the menu. And be sure to check their FB page daily for the lunch and then the dinner specials

So this restaurant popped up in a "Best Vegan Restaurants near me" Yelp search... looking at the menu i see NOTHING that is Vegan... what am I missing here?

Hi. I’m not sure how we got labeled a vegan restaurant; however, we try to accommodate all of our guests. We are able to make dishes that are vegan, but they are limited to our salads and modified sandwiches. Rarely do we have an entire special…

Visiting in the past, we were somewhat inconvenienced by the fact that Ricco's doesn't take AmEx, which is the only card we carry. Has that changed?

We now accept AMEX. We hope to see you soon.

They also sent out a reminder text 30 mins before we were due at the restaurant and checked on us to make sure we were coming when we ran a little behind schedule. We were seated promptly and our server was Mickey. Mickey was helpful when we asked for suggestions on drinks, appetizers and entrees. I ordered their drink the Pom De Vie. My mocktail was delicious and fruity. My husband ordered the Manhattan. He enjoyed his drink as well. Bread was brought to the table and we really enjoyed the sauce to accompany the bread. The sauce was a mix of balsamic vinaigrette, garlic and tomatoes. For our appetizer we ordered their calamari and boy was it good. We are used to a dipping sauce being served with it but it did not need it. The breading that was used was perfect and light. We enjoyed the onions and peppers that were lightly fried with the calamari as well. The chili sauce that was drizzled onto the calamari was delicious. For our entrees my husband ordered a wedge salad (not pictured) and we shared and enjoyed that together. He ordered their 22 oz ribeye with Oscar style. He really liked his ribeye as did I. I tasted a piece and it melted in my mouth. For my entree I ordered their August special: Summer Barramundi. I have cooked Barramundi myself and it is a favorite. This is my first time trying Barramundi at a restaurant. It was cooked to perfect. It was served with fried okra and watermelon along with a pickled watermelon rind. The pickled watermelon rind was a cool and interesting way to put a twist on taking advantage of using the entire watermelon to eat. It was really good. For dessert, my husband and I ordered the crème brûlée (not pictured( and we really enjoyed that together as well. We enjoyed the service by Mickey. We enjoyed this establishment and their food. I definitely would love to come back here in the future.

Complimentary bread served with a tomato balsamic like dipping sauce. Prices are great given the craziness of how expensive everything in our current economy is. Food came out hot and fresh. That's a big deal for me. Don't give me warm food, give me hot food! The tartar sauce, and the ranch... so yummy. The chicken and berry jam sandwich is a great size. The pics can make it look small, but it's great. Parking= street Would I visit again: definitely

There is outdoor seating here and a separate bar area from the main dining. In all sense seriousness, it reminds me of a hole in the wall Mexican Restaurant. However, it's got the dank bar vibe! We grabbed seats at the bar, and I got to hear a local rave about the place. Apparently they get their calamari fresh. Waitress (Jasmine?) was fast and helpful. Service was great! We did order the calamari. It tasted like any other calamari I've ever had BUT their marinara sauce was legit. It was the BEST part of the entire meal. It had a spicy flare to it. So, there's your unique aspect of dining here. They also serve rolls with honey butter, and that was my second favorite part. I ordered the Reuben with fried okra. In all honesty, I did not like the Reuben. Something was off with it; taste seemed off. The fried okra was cut up okra pieces (wished they had just fried the entire thing). Overall, it's a decent bar. The hype for it seems to be big and I'm unsure why. It's a good place to stop if you're in the area but it's not a must stop.
